Had an appointment to see a used truck, truck wouldn't start, was dirty, and sales person was argumentative and sighing loudly when we asked him questions. The truck, a 2006 King Ranch F150 was making a terrible knocking sound and the sales person was lying through his teeth saying they were aware of it. He also said an add we saw in the paper for Ford was false and accused me of not understanding the add. Steve R was not interested at all in making a sale and was very abrupt. Even the front receptionist at Midtown Ford was unfriendly and didn't great us or anything when we arrived. She seemed more concerned about something else rather than the customers waiting. No smile or anything. Overall we felt very uncomfortable and the environment felt cold at Midtown Ford. I will not be returning to this dealership again. More

I arrived at Ford and was promptly greeted by Greg. He was kinda enough to show us a few Ford Escapes and had us interested in a used vehicle that was coming in although we were primarily looking at somet was kinda enough to show us a few Ford Escapes and had us interested in a used vehicle that was coming in although we were primarily looking at something new. Nevertheless, I had returned once the used vehicle arrived. They appraised my trade in and gave me a very fair offer that I wanted to take time to consider. Greg told me I had to decide right then and there as this offer would no longer be available to me again. I told Greg I had to consider his offer and compare it to a Honda I was also considering at the time. I knew I was at the Waverly Auto Mall and that Winnipeg Honda was across the way, for some reason Greg started talking to me about Birchwood Honda that wasn't even in the same area I was looking at for cars and telling me they had all of these hidden fees that they 'force' you into buying. That was my hint to get out and leave because I knew I no longer had an honest salesman but a greedy one that just wanted the sale instead of helping me find what best suited my needs. He even told me 'well I would rather get the commission off something than nothing'. I didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to and walked out soon after. I will not return to Midtown Ford. Ps. I had been a committed Ford customer prior to this experience as I had always received great customer service in the past from other Ford dealerships. More
