After being dismissed by some other dealers at other shops I came in not expecting much. That changed the moment I met Brad. He listened to what I was looking for, and said he didn't think that what I wanted could be done ( very up front and honest no trying to get me into something I did not want) I appreciated this as other sales people had just given me a " that is a very weird request" look and walked away. I said I was just going to look around the lot. Brad said he would be around if I wanted anything. About 5 mins later he came out and met me in the lot and said he looked into it and had something I might be interested in. This turned out to be the PERFECT truck that I wanted and it was exactly what I needed. To make a long story short the rest of the process of very painless. I was expecting alot of back and forth about buying the truck, but he ( and the rest of the staff) made the process very fast and easy. I was particularly impressed that he would answer my texts very quickly. I work late hours and when I sent him a message he would respond very quickly. The actual paperwork process was also very painless. Diane in the office was very easy to work with. she explained everything and filling out the paperwork took less than 15 mins She explained everything in a very clear matter that anyone can understand. After that Brad took over and sent a lot of time explaining everything I needed to know about the truck. No question was to small that he would not explain in detail. He even went ahead and sync my phone so it was ready to go. He then asked about how I was planning on using the truck and made a couple of suggestions that would help me out. I would really recommend this dealership in general and Brad in particular. Another example of how they treat the people there is when I was waiting to see Diane. while I was there no less than 3 other staff came up to see if I was being helped out and when they found out I was working with someone they all offered to go and see if they could find that person. I was not just ignored after the fact. While I was waiting the general manager was out and about and he stopped and spoke with me for a few mins and was asking about my request mentioned if I had any questions to feel free to ask him. Overall the experience was great and I plan on buying all my trucks from them. More

I phoned this dealership for a car that was listed on auto trader but that vehicle was sold. I spoke to Della and she had an alternative vehicle for me to look at. When I arrived it was ready and waiti auto trader but that vehicle was sold. I spoke to Della and she had an alternative vehicle for me to look at.
