Provided me with all of the information I was looking for. Returned this year, Keith remembered me and provided me with exceptional service. I was hesitant to purchase, without doing some further brand comparisons. There was absolutely no pressure. I made my decision to lease for 3 years and Midtown bought my vehicle from me and gave me a cheque! I am banking it, to use for my buy out. I purchased a Ford 2014 Escape SE and am loving it. I would happily recommend others to go to this dealership and already have done so. More

Excellent Service We went out to look at a used Ford C Max. After we looked at it, we decided we liked it so much we decided to go with a new C-Max. Scott and Diane were excellent to work with, and Diane went t he extra mile to make sure we understood everything. My husband went there at 12:30 for a test drive and by 17:00 we were in our new car going home :) We went back the next day to have a wiper blade replaced...and we were taken in right away and on our way. We were given some good incentives but liked that we didn't feel overly pressured to make a decision right away. We came back after a few days to purchase because we liked the vehicle and the way we were treated previously. We were able to negotiate a deal that everyone was happy with. Setting up the lease/financing was very professionally done. We were given a vehicle to use while we were waiting for ours to be ready for pickup. Overall, every aspect of our vehicle purchase was a positive experience. More

He and his girlfriend are expecting a baby in the Fall and he needed a safe and dependable vehicle. Safety , size and price/payment were all factors for him. BobwOLFE introduced us to Scott CAMPBELL the Sales Mannager who went above and beyond to help Braeden get the Best Vehicle for his new FAMILY needs and that would also meet his Payment requirements. We really felt that Scott went the extra mile as the saying goes for Braeden!! You definitely could see he cared about getting Braeden in the right vehicle at a payment he could afford. While we were there we also decided to trade in our Truck and Scott again was asked us a few questions about what we were looking for in a new vehicle and had Bob pull up 2 trucks for us to look at and test drive. He got it exactly right, we loved one of the ones he pulled out for us. We didn't have to spend the afternoon walking the car lot. He truely simplified the car shopping experience. He quickly got us in to see Diane MEHMEL to do the financing and i have to say that was the quickest and simplest financing procedure we've ever had to go through. Diane only had us in her office briefly and we were done withen half an hour she had us back in to sign the papers. Bob was good to get both our son's and my husband's phone synced up to our Vehicles and go over the vehicles with us.. This was the simplest least stressful Vehicle shopping experience we've ever had. Most car shopping trips have always been very stressful and usually take a few days to determine what to buy. This was part of a day and not stressful at all. They really went out of their way to make it a very easy process . We will definitely go back there when we're ready to trade in and we hope that Scott is still there to help us out!! Our son purchased a 2014 FORD edge and we purchased a 2014 FORD 150FX QUAD CAB. We love our new vehicles and can't say enough good things about our experience at Midtown ford!!! More
