Excellent service!! My wife and I were in the market to purchase an SUV. After visiting various dealers, we ended up at Midtown Ford and purchased a 2013 Ford Edge Sport My wife and I were in the market to purchase an SUV. After visiting various dealers, we ended up at Midtown Ford and purchased a 2013 Ford Edge Sport. We dealt with John Nault as our sales person and I have to admit, he was great to work with! He was knowledgeable, showed us different options within our price range and he wasn't one of those "pushy" sales people whatsoever! For financing, we dealt with Diane Mehmel and she was friendly, very knowledgeable and prompt. She explained the extended warranty and that was it. She didn't pressure us at all with purchasing anything extra and that was very appreciated as we were not interested. Both John, Diane and Dean Craig were very respectful and worked within our budget to make a deal work for the vehicle we purchased. If/when we need another vehicle, I'll be going to Midtown and I'll be asking to work with John and Diane. They made purchasing a vehicle absolutely painless! More
