Terrible service Will never be stepping foot in this dealership again. My fiancée and I went in today to purchase a vehicle. We questioned the asking price for one of the vehicles we were interested in. The sales associate brought his manager to be included in the discussion. The manager became argumentative and continuously interrupted us. I asked him to allow me to speak and he just raised his voice and continued treating us poorly. He basically said “if you can’t afford the sticker price you shouldn’t be here.” Merlin ford should improve how they treat their customers. People should be treated with dignity and respect. The fact that we are both young does not mean we cannot afford your listed price. I’m a dentist and I can assure you I can afford your vehicle, but I’m not doing business with people that are not professional. More

I ordered a car from factory and Kelly kept me apprised of how it was doing and updated the delivery date as necessary. Once I got the car I have had a few minor issues, which happens from time to time with new vehicles, that we have been working through. Kelly has helped me through that process as well. Rene has been my service advisor and she has been amazing to work with. She keeps me apprised as to what has been going on and I can contact her easily to update her on the issue. The service I have received from Merlin has been top notch. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great vehicles and top notch service. More

I get a rental Chrysler 300 in winter time that slides all over the place I don't drive it sits on my driveway lol. I go back next day they say to me I hope u topped up the gas like are u kidding me I have to pay for yr mistakes. It's too bad I bought a Ford it's my second one and I have nothing but problems either both cars and the service department would not recommend taking any work there More
