Customer BEWARE!!! In July 2014 I went in for a routine service and I was told of some other recommendations that needed to be taken care of...these included my brakes. In short I was charged $180 for brake inspection and lubing of pins among other things - Keep in mind this is an Explorer that my wife drives and she is on mat leave so barely uses it now. Two months after the service the rear brakes were completely shot. When the brakes are applies you hear grinding of metal-on-metal. I ended up taking it in to a different dealer. They were just as surprised that my brakes were supposedly inspected two months prior. It appears no time is taken to make sure work is being done properly and it's only a matter of time before they have a law-suit on their hands. Absolutely sloppy in their service. More

Need a key and program. Told it'll take an hour. The said no appt needed. So drop truck off, it's now been 2 days? Why don't I need an appt when your that busy?
