This was the most frustrating car purchase experiences we've had! To be fair, their price was fantastic and the car was in good shape. They addressed all mechanical issues and they were fixed before we we've had! To be fair, their price was fantastic and the car was in good shape. They addressed all mechanical issues and they were fixed before we purchased. On the other hand their customer service was absolutely frustrating. Our salesman rarely called us back and it was like pulling teeth to get any answers to our questions (they weren't outrageous questions - just normal things about the vehicle). The salesman did not show us any features of the vehicle (so found out it did not do as much as expected when we got it home) and when asking Ron the Sales Manager about anything, I was made to feel like I was wasting his time. There was a lot of grief about the amount of time we needed a dealer plate to simply take the car to our mechanic and Ron blatantly skipped over the fact that the tires were changed out for more worn ones when going over the service they did on the vehicle (not sure why they are so sketchy about tires but be careful). Bob the Finance Manager at his lunch and chewed through sorting out the contract details and would send me across the dealership with my tired and hungry toddler (we were kept waiting a long time for the middle of a work day) to ask the Sales Manager any questions instead of either going himself or simply picking up the phone and calling him. I suspect this is because we were cash buyers and maybe if we were to finance we would have gotten better service from Bob who obviously gets paid for financing deals. I had to take the car to my mechanic during the day with my toddler, and was left alone, outside in cold weather with my daughter to change car seats, etc, with no offer of help, when both picking up and returning the vehicle. Also I forgot a cd in the stereo after the inspection and someone took it by the time we picked up the car the following day. All in all their prices were good for used vehicles, but if I were to buy a new vehicle where price doesn't vary as much, I would definitely go somewhere that knows the meaning of customer service! Let's just say I did a little dance when we got the vehicle home that I didn't have to go back to Mega again! More

Have purchased a Honda Odyssey EX 2010 from Mega at a very very good price ( about $1,500 less than everywhere in Canada ), I compared the price with the same model same year and about same mileage every very very good price ( about $1,500 less than everywhere in Canada ), I compared the price with the same model same year and about same mileage everywhere in almost all provinces in Canada using KiJiJi, Autotrader, Autocatch and checked price using some “used car tool” online, I finally got the whole sale price from Mega. Dealt with Jacob, he is very nice, and Jacob even helped me to get the price for my “trade in” Van on the phone without seeing my Van, and I got another $500 extra when I came in to show my Van, the trade in price is “unbeatable”, I got $1,500 more for my van compared with 3 big dealers that saw my van…, and I received a very good service from Mega via Jacob, Jacob is very professional and courteous rep. I highly recommend Jacob to family and friends and myself I will go back again to Mega and of course to see Jacob when I decide to buy another car or change car in the future. More
