Looking for a Honda Odyssey, they had a base 2011 at a very good price, upon visiting the dealership it was very smelly inside, previous owners must have had a child that got car sick all the time. Anyway, they had another 2011 EX, with a third of the miles and immaculate inside. There were a few gouges in the rear bumper, they were completely eliminated when I picked it up. Luc LeCompte was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though there are hundreds of others on the lot and Pierre St Arnault was very patient as we read all the fine print. Found a mistake on the financing, it was supposed to be a fixed interest rate and the forms came out as variable, but Pierre quickly got another financing source that gave a slightly better than the agreed upon fixed rate. All the documentation Pierre gave me was accepted quickly at the SAAQ to transfer the registration from my previous vehicle, a good experience, as the SAAQ can be very picky if the doc's aren't exactly right. Mega has a good selection of nearly new vehicles at decent prices, good savings over buying new. More
This is my second time at buying a new Mitsubishi at Mega Mitsubishi. My first was an Outlander 2009. I had excellent service at the sales department and at the service department (Michel Lavigne) for the 4 Mitsubishi. My first was an Outlander 2009. I had excellent service at the sales department and at the service department (Michel Lavigne) for the 4 years following. Every time I had a question or request about my car he took care of it. I have now changed my 2009 Outlander for a 2014 Outlander. Again excellent service. This time at the sales department I dealt with Stephane Parent and Bob Biager. They were very kind, treated me with respect, answered my questions and gave me excellent service. Again, my new Outlander will be serviced at Mega Mitsubishi. I loved my first Outlander, very reliable car especially since I live in the country and make around 30K km a year. That is why I did not hesitate to keep the same model. I would recommend a Mitsubishi on the spot and would also recommend Mega any time. Just go see Stephan and Bob. More

I was more than happy to get my car fixed with mega dealer. I didnt had to wait beaucse trhe took my car in right away and they made me save some money. A loud rattle noise arise from a broken baffle shield above muffler. Service rep said there was no coverage on warranty ???? they charged me $42. When I looked at the repair,the mechanic broke a stud and put a self tap screw thru the trunk bottom to hold the plate and left an empty hole where I could see the ground from inside trunk. I complaint and went back the next day to get my money refunded and made a complaint to Mitsubishi Canada which I never heard back from. They fixed the "Mickey Mouse" repair and said it would be under "goodwill warranty". I asked about the famous unbeatable "warranty".. never got my answer. Waited for the refund and the sales and service managers could not agree. They had submit a second invoice to fix their first bad repair. Looking at them not knowing what to do, I got fed up and ask to see the owner and explained the situation. He acknowledge the problem and refunded my money to avoid bad publicity about his place. Looks easy for them to sell cars but they have poor management and after sale service which is an irritant and would not recommend to purchase a car there. BTW: Mega and Rally have the same owner....Hope it is better at other location. Update may 24th 2013: I received appoligies from Mega Mitsubishi. I did receive a private message from this site from Mega Mitsubishi, on "how to resolve this matter to my satisfaction". Too late damage already done and confidence took a beat. I tried to negotiate a price with Mega on a new Outlander 2013, but the sales manager did not want to negotiate. I went to another dealer and did purchase an outlander LS 2013 for $3,000.00 less. Mitsubishi Canada have closed the case. More

I am quite impress with the quality of the service at Mega Mitsubishi. It hadn't cross my mind to buy a mitsubishi, therefore I had been to tree other dealerships before. I had to stop at Mega mitsubishi with my sister for her car and ended up talking with a salesperson. Right away someone was there to welcome me, even if I wasn't there to buy. After talking, I ended up taking a look at the Lancer with the salesperson. He knew what I needed and made a very good demonstration of the vehicule. He right away offered me to try it. Right after this, I was sitting down with the Director and made the arrangements. Marc Chartrand assisted me with all the documentation and he explained very well all the details I had to know. I left with a Mitsubishi Lancer that day and do not regret my choice. More
