Horrible. Only want your money and don't care! I test drove 2 cars in April 2018. I was assured that both 2013 and 2014 were the same, same features. I decided on the 2013 model as it had less kms. We went to the office to do the paper work and the price jumped $800.00. I suggested they should honour what they told me prior to the test drive. The sales person did the old ''I'll go talk to the manager'' and they would not budge. I left, rather insulted that they would not compromise. A few days later I called the sales manager to complain about my experience. That was a mistake. He took $300.00 off so I bought the vehicle. I picked it up and drove off only to find that it did not have a rear-view camera as I was told it had (same features as the 2014 model - exactly the same - yes I even asked about the rear-view camera). I also dealt with Pierre, the man who created the invoice. He told me about the insurance and quote me a price. He said, ''go check with Ford to see if you have any warranty left and if not, come back to me". I asked him to write down the price on my invoice and he refused, saying he always remembers everything, he was a lawyer after all. One month later, I called back to purchase the insurance, I called 4 times over the month of July. He never called me back. I even had the receptionist promise me that she would personally deliver my message to him in person and he never called back. I wrote an email to the dealership to explain my disappointment with everything and guess what? I never heard back. They just don't care. They just want your money. Do not buy here!! They are a horrible, horrible dealership and give ''used-car salespeople'' their stereotypical bad name. More

Mais ils ont toujours de la misère a trouver mon dossier. Pourtant il devrait pas être si loin si tu allais m'appeler. Alors voila ... J'attend toujours leur appel de se matin qu'il était pour être avant 11h pour sûr.... Il est rendu 14h et encore rien. More

Sell products that don’t work. Bad service We would never recommend this dealership. We bought a car here and paid 800 dollars for the final coat rust proofing gadget to be installed. For one thing never pay for this as it doesn’t work at all and final coat doesn’t honour their warranties. We got rust on the roof of our car of all places. It was recommended to us not to put the reapplication of the rain sealant on yet as the roof has to be repaired. Now we get a notice saying that final coat won’t honour their warranty because this reapplication wasn’t done. We’ve come to terms that final coat is a scam so why is Mega auto selling it? Mega auto has been giving us the runaround for months as we tried to get our car fixed. Obviously they know the product doesn’t work but they sell it to unsuspecting customers anyway. We have not been happy with their customer service and will definitely never return there to buy another car. More

Promise not kept The car was suppose the be ready on Tuesday at 4:00 pm, got a call that it wouldn't be until next day. We went for supper and 1:45 hour later we came back and surprise, surprise it wasn't ready. Another hour has pass and still no car so that's 48 hour after promise time More
