No communication I was just hired, and I wanted a reliable vehicle to last me and to get me back and forth to work. I've never had credit until very recently, so I ask I was just hired, and I wanted a reliable vehicle to last me and to get me back and forth to work. I've never had credit until very recently, so I asked the salesman before even looking at that car if I would be able to get approved regardless, and he assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. They took my info and I paid a small down payment, and I hoped I'd have my car soon. I was informed approx a week later of phone tag and unfulfilled "I'll call you tomorrow"'s that I was not approved, and I would need to provide a pay stub. I told them no problem, and spent another week without a ride until I received my first stub, and provided it to them as requested. Spent another 5 days of trying to contact them, finally resulting in "we actually need 2 pay stubs." Obviously I didn't want to wait another 1.5 weeks for my next stub, so I went to another dealership, and was approved and given my vehicle within 5 days. Could have saved myself the trouble of many taxis and days of biking if they had just told me that they weren't able to do it. At least my calves are in excellent shape now I guess More
Incompetent sales and management team These guys are snakes! they will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to sell you a car, even if you ask all the right questions. The sales guy These guys are snakes! they will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to sell you a car, even if you ask all the right questions. The sales guy - Maxime - doesn’t know what he is selling or just lies to you to your face. His manager backs him up, which tells you what type of business this is. Once you sign a contract, good luck getting them to be helpful. They will not admit to having provided the wrong information about a car, they will not fix the problem, and they will not even honour the contract. They know how they are protected by the bureaucracy involved in fighting a dealership. I would never go back or recommend them, this is the type or of car sales that gives this business a bad name. Their service department is not capable, wasted my warranty I purchase a used car at Mega, Hull with a two-year warranty The warranty cost $1000+tax. My car vibrated. I called the National Warranty, which let m I purchase a used car at Mega, Hull with a two-year warranty The warranty cost $1000+tax. My car vibrated. I called the National Warranty, which let me to go to Mega service department to fix. The mechanic only replaced a u-joints and said repair was done. Then I paid $90 diagnostic fee and $80 deduction. But the car still vibrated. I called them, they said, come back, there might be issues with other parts. At my next visit, they had a road test, said the issue was with the drive-shaft. We made a schedule to repair. At my another visit, they removed the drive shaft to re-balance it. Then, at my one more visit, they installed the drive shaft back. They charged me $90 + 80 plus tax again. The headache was every visit took me at least three hours and the vibration was still there. Finally, I gave up the warranty and Mega. I had to use my own mechanic and paid the repair by my own pocket. The experience with Mega was just torturing, nightmare. More
