We had the best experience with Bob! We went in just to check out our end of lease options, and because of the amazing service and the fantastic deal we got, we ended up getting a 2014 Corolla. Our current vehicle was unsafe to drive (tire was warped) so Bob went above and beyond and hooked us up in a rental until our Corolla was ready. I always have oil change here for the last 3 years. I was happy for their customer service except for today. Today was not a pleasant one. The last time I was in there were a number of expense suggestions that did not hold up well to challenges of why they needed to be done then service.
