Service department in all about the up-sell. They told me I needed rear brakes before they would certify my Rav4 so that I could buy out my lease. I took it to an independent garage who disagreed and certified the vehicle. Markville Toyota won't allow you to buy out your lease unless they certify the vehicle. Talk about a conflict of interest! Either spend the money they quote you or you don't get to purchase the vehicle that you've been leasing for the lat 3 years. Even escalated to the general manager who really didn't care. This policy is highly questionable and possibly illegal. I took it to Maple Toyota. NO PROBLEM. They processed the necessary paperwork without a hassle. More

We had the best experience with Bob! We went in just to check out our end of lease options, and because of the amazing service and the fantastic deal we got, we ended up getting a 2014 Corolla. Our current vehicle was unsafe to drive (tire was warped) so Bob went above and beyond and hooked us up in a rental until our Corolla was ready.
