The financial manager Lac Lai lied to my sister-in-law, nephew and wife in regards to the cancellation of a car contr Stay away from this dealership. The financial manager Lac Lai lied to my sister-in-law, nephew and wife in regards to the cancellation of a car contract on Tuesday, Aug 25. When my nephew's guarantor did not understand certain conditions of the contract and refused to sign to complete the deal, Lac Lai said that he would arrange for a refund of the $1000 car deposit by Aug 27 and cancel the contract. There were 3 witnesses that evening that heard him say this and he actually tore up the contract in from of the witnesses. We bought the car at another Toyota dealer because of the horrible service that we had from Markville, Toyota, but the Markville Toyota salesperson Yixuan "Ethan" Zhang called Aug 26 to say that we owe the dealership the $1000. He was very rude to us on this matter. We are currently fighting this dishonest activity of the dealer and have contacted Toyota Canada Head office to report their dishonest and unprofessional conduct. More
Horrible Dealership, Would never go back there or recommend! I bought myself a new car couple years back. When I bought my car I had added some sensors and other features andI asked my Sales Rep. Kumar if they were all ORIGINAL TOYOTA PARTS and he had guaranteed me that its all original parts and NOT AFTERMARKET. When my car was delivered there was already a scratch on my back bumper but my dealer told me it was nothing to worry about. Couple weeks later I noticed my car radio screen was getting extremely hot that you could even place your hand on it for more then a couple seconds, told my dealer and this time he said I will tell my manger and get back to you. Almost three years later and nothing. On top of that couple months ago someone rear ended me damaging one of my back sensors. So when I went to the dealership to get a new set they told me it was aftermarket sensors and they aren't available. Couple weeks later I had complained to the Sales manger and he told me to come in to sort it out. I went to he dealership and all they did was pass around the blame since the sales person whom sold me the car was not there anymore since he had gotten promoted to lexus so they cant do anything since nothing was in written in words on file. Couple days after that they managed to bring back my sales person and he is saying that he never told me that the add on parts were original. On top of all this the Sales Manager was being rude making things more frustrating. Almost 5 months after I got re-ended and my issue is yet to be resolved. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR DEAL WITH THE DISHONEST RUDE PEOPLE I DEALT WITH. IF YOU DO RECORD EVERYTHING YOUR SALES REP TELLS YOU. So much for Sales rep honoring there word. More

Markville Toyota provided not only a new vehicle with impressive performance and features, but also excellent and friendly services. The salesperson (Ms. Hannah Wang) who helped me was knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. She spent a lot of time to explain the detailed features of the new vehicle, the various service options, and patiently answered our questions, before and after the sale. As a customer, I feel that she seems to be a trustworthy friend living in my neighborhood rather than a salesperson. I will definitely recommend Hannah and Markville Toyota to my friends. Poor customer experience with showroom and test drive Today was a Red Tag day and we went to Markville Toyota to check out the 2015 Venza. As expected, the store was really busy as we waited patiently fo Today was a Red Tag day and we went to Markville Toyota to check out the 2015 Venza. As expected, the store was really busy as we waited patiently for a salestaff to answer our enquiries. During the wait, we helped ourselves with the hot dog and drinks and also checked out the vehicles in the show room. About 1/2 hr later, we were greeted by a salestaff. She asked us which vehicle we were interested in and we told her it was Venza. To our surprise, she walked right pass the Venza and towards the Siena as if she didnt know that was the vehicle. She later said the Venza and Siena had switched place in the showroom. We were not impressed at all but we gave her a benefit of a doubt as it was a hectic day. We felt that she was not familiar with the products she was supposed to sell. For example, when asked about if the panoramic roof can be opened fully and she said yes. Fact is only half can be opened above the front seat. During the test drive, we asked her about the 2016 Venza being completed redesigned. She said no one told her about anything about the new design. Gimme a break, there are so much info on the internet and she (a Toyota employee) doesnt even know about 2016 Venza has a new design. We also felt that she was rushing us to buy the vehicle even thought we had told her several times that we were collecting data (final price, warranty, cash incentive, etc) and would make a decision at another time. When quoting the final price, she asked us again if we would buy the vehicle today if the price is good (no explanation on what is a "good" price). We politely told her again we were doing research and would like to take time to make a decision. When we asked about the cash incentive, she answered that we were not buying the car today anyway and no need to know. At that point, we were disappointed and walked straight out of the dealership. On our way out, she even told us that we could find all our info on the internet and no need to go to the dealership. We felt that we wasted our time as this dealership as we didn't learn more things that we already learned from the internet on this vehicle. It was one of our experience car shopping and we would not come back to this dealership again. More

The service started on a great note from the lady on the phone. I didn't have the right terms but she was willing to guide me, logged the concerns I had. I'm quite impressed. While waiting for John, the assistant managers were quick to lend a hand to speed up the process. Then John took over the paperwork to get my car worked on right away. When the vehicle was done, he updated me on both issues (battery and weatherstrip), I felt assured they were fixed and the quality was amazing. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, I observed other reps showed the same care and excellent level of customer service. Most importantly John's expertise on auto related issues was impressive and eased the whole process that I was in good hands. More
