He was very friendly and happy to help and answer our questions. About 5 minutes after we drove out of the garage, we started hearing a noise in the brakes. Since then, we have had more than one problem with the car and Bradley has been rude and dismissive every single time we have had to deal with him. He had literally told us stories about their high standards and all these wonderful things just to make the sale. He has no accountability and took no ownership for deceiving us into buying the car. We had escalated this situation to Brent, the Sales manager, who was only slightly better to deal with. If you absolutely must buy a car from Markville Toyota, please make sure that you check everything beforehand and if they make any promises to you, get them in writing! They are not trustworthy and will shamelessly go back on their word. More
