Worst Service ever Bought a demo camry hybrid with 18K on it. From the first month, I had issues with the car. I am already out 5K on the car and still not happy with the performance. I would never recommend this car or dealership to anyone. These guys do not have ETHICS. You are better off going to the local garage. More

They took my car out for a test drive and told me to wait, after an hour and a half of waiting they said they hear the noise but can not do the warranty because of modification. (My powertrain is stock) I only have coilovers on my car. They ADVISED me to go to another dealership as they will be able to do it for me? Isn't warranty offered from all dealerships? Well I went to another dealership right after, and they said no report was even made for my car on the Toyota history. Stay away from this dealership.. More

Scammers! Service is a scam! Serviced my 2002 Highlander back when it was 2 years old with them. Serviced it there till the warranty was over; then they tell me Service is a scam! Serviced my 2002 Highlander back when it was 2 years old with them. Serviced it there till the warranty was over; then they tell me my steering-rack was leaking and would cost $1500 to fix. Checked with 2 other dealerships and it was fine. Took my car to an ex certified mechanic and found out that all or most of the service I had ever paid for was not done according to Toyota recommendations. Had to change calipers, sliding pins, flush the engine oil etc. Only 100,000 km and markville Toyota dealer serviced at point, without missing a service. The car ran better after fixing it privately elsewhere than it did when they serviced it. My car eventually did 320,000km and I never had to change the steering-rack. Also recalled a lady who's highlander they scratched in the service bay and then they denied it. I now have a 4runnner trail from another dealership and I will never let these clowns touch my 4runner. Be warned!!! More
