Then I saw Sey sitting at his desk I reached him and he gave me an excellent service.he negotiated at his best to get me the car I wanted at my asking price. Emission Test Cash Grab I went to this dealership to complete a free emissions test on my vehicle. After driving the car under 10 meters, the technician told me that he could I went to this dealership to complete a free emissions test on my vehicle. After driving the car under 10 meters, the technician told me that he could hear a leak and I would fail the emissions test if I did not get it checked out. The cost of getting it checked out was $200 and if there was a problem it would cost another $250-$500+ for repairs. I left the service center and went to another service center who conducted the test and my car passed with no issues. My advise is if they try to up sell you by claiming they can hear or see some issue take it to someone else, they are just trying to screw you. More

Go anywhere else After booking an appointment online thru auto trader, I was contacted by the dealership by phone. I had specifically asked for no calls. I went for my appointment & was partnered with Alex who was also assisting another customer. Alex brought me to his office, I was left unattended for several minutes. When I went on my test drive Alex was on his personal phone for most of my drive. The salespeople are pushy, over booked, they are not there for you. I mad an offer on the vehicle & was made to speak with 3 different people--Alex had to keep going back & forth- he was on his phone, made me speak with people by phone, ect. It was really uncomfortable!!!! I was trapped in a small office with a man who came in to badger me on the offer----AWFUL FEELING FOR A WOMAN BY HERSELF!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE---I left & went to my next appointment & bought my vehicle at Richmond Hill Toyota, where I was treated with respect! More

Worst Service ever Bought a demo camry hybrid with 18K on it. From the first month, I had issues with the car. I am already out 5K on the car and still not happy with the performance. I would never recommend this car or dealership to anyone. These guys do not have ETHICS. They took my car out for a test drive and told me to wait, after an hour and a half of waiting they said they hear the noise but can not do the warranty because of modification. (My powertrain is stock) I only have coilovers on my car. They ADVISED me to go to another dealership as they will be able to do it for me? Isn't warranty offered from all dealerships? Well I went to another dealership right after, and they said no report was even made for my car on the Toyota history. Stay away from this dealership.. More
