We were in your dealership a few times to shop for a van and we were always greeted quickly and everyone was courteous and friendly. The price we were offered for our trade-in was very competitive. I waited at first for sales person to help me I ended up asking the receptionist to get someone to help me which it took her about 5 minutes to find the next up. She had Brad help me which he was a very nice helping sales guy to deal with, I was not pressured or anything he actually held the vehicle so I could decide if I wanted to purchase it without having someone buy it on me, very nice feature. Shari was cheerful and a pleasure to deal with, little aggressive on selling the extras but as all finance people usually are. The day I picked vehicle up we got through paperwork quick however sales guy was sick so I stood around waiting to find another sales guy to help me, to get the keys and stuff together. That took about 10 min, hoping it would be ready when i got there, they also just gave me the keys and said bye no explanation or walk around a little disappointing. Overall a good experience though. This was the second vehicle we purchased from Wilson's in a little over four months. We dealt with both Jim (sales) and Stella (finance) both times. They were awesome! Very hellpful!
