My name is Alyssa Brownlee and I am the Finance Department Manager here at Mark Wilson's. Your feedback was forwarded to me directly as Mellissa works in the department I am responsible for. I would like to start off by apologizing for the level of service you received here at Wilson's. Being given the "riot act" is an unacceptable way to conduct business, and I am deeply sorry this is how you felt you were treated. I give you my word this issue will be addressed, and I would like to thank you for taking the time to bring this information to our attention. Without this type of feedback, we wouldn't be aware of the issue, and wouldn't be able to address it. I would like to give you some additional information regarding our process, as you mentioned you purchased your vehicle a day before referring your mother here, and she got her vehicle before you, with a full tank of gas. Our process is very fine tuned, however based on your feedback I see there is an area for improvement. Because we sell 250-300 vehicles per month on average, as soon as the vehicle is sold, it's taken from our lot here on York Road to our shop on Lewis Road, where we have 16 mechanics and 16 bays to begin the safety on the vehicles. Each vehicle takes a different length of time based on what's required for Safety. Sometimes parts take a few days to come in as we service every make and model, we don't stock every part for every make and model. As far as your mother being able to pick up a day before you, it's most likely her vehicle went through safety quicker than yours, and for the full tank of gas - it's not something we include in our deals, but if it was something that was arranged with Mike, I would like to ensure you receive this. Alyssa: Thank you for taking the time to address my review. I understand that some cars take longer than others and Mike did say it would be Thursday so it really wasn't a big issue and an empty tank, though it was unexpected, wasn't a huge issue either. Not having my calls returned,having no feed back as to what time to pick up my car & the attitude after I bought the car just made everything else seem worse then it was. I am very happy with my car, it was exactly what I was looking for and my mother is very happy with hers. So once again thank you for your time. Regards Debby Nellis
