Clean office, polite staff, friendly salesman with good communication skills and professional finance representative. David was listening, he understood our needs and we found our car quickly. The transaction went smooth. The car was ready on time for pick up, with 100% detailed car exterior, including new tires. The interior was 90% clean. Let me start off by praising my Sales person whom make us feel important from the start. My wife and I purchased a GMC Acadia in July and purchased the gap insurance and Global i. I know there are companies that sell these things as add-ons but It is definitely worth the money and wouldn't purchased a vehicle without it. We had our new car for 3 weeks and someone broke into our home while we were sleeping and stole our car. we received 6,000.00 from nationwide and Global i to purchase a new car. Stella made this process painless for us, which at that time we needed all the help we could get. our insurance company finally payed out the car, so back to Wilsons to purchase our 2nd car. This was 4 days before labour day weekend and we need the car so we could drive to our sons bball tourney in Barrie. It usually takes a week to take delivery but Friday morning we were on ourway to Barrie in our car. There were some issues that need to be addressed in regards to the car but Mark Wilson's assured me that they would be taken care of after we returned. My wife and I are amazed by the service and follow up we recieved to assure us everything was taken car of. I have to add that the Global i and Nationwide save our buts when purchasing the second car. we purchased it again on the our replacement car and the warranty. I would not even think about purchasing a from another dealer, They have made a customer for life, so if you are reading this and are in the market for a new car, pick-up your phone and give Miguel Juan a call. The dealership allowed my parents to test drive and sign for the car until I could come into town the following weekend to pay for the car and pick it up. I decided to look for a Ford Escape. I live near Sarnia and the prices around here are quite high with not the best selection compared to bigger cities. While looking at Kijiji I noticed some ads from Mark Wilsons Better Used Cars. They seemed to be a step above the rest with the quality and selection of their vehicles. A big selling point is the quality of photos provided online of the vehicles. Nothing hidden. It is a 2 1/2 hr. drive to Guelph from Sarnia but I feel it was time well spent. I first went down November 30th to look around London then on to Guelph. I knew when I saw it that it was the one. I have owned many cars, they are much more than just transportation to my wife and myself. The price was in line with others I had looked at, but unlike the others, this one has no scrathes, dents or weird color combination. It is gleaming white. I picked it up December 8th. There were a few snafus though. The day I picked it up was kind of mixed up. The dealership was very busy and and due to personal reasons my salesman was unable to be there and I totally understood when explained to me. The very nice and capable lady behind the front desk that day handled everything. She had asked for help and was told by a fellow that it wasn't neccessary for him to help as it was straight forward. I just wish I had caught her name. She was being pulled in many directions answering the phone and talking with employees on the radio. She did a great job . In the deal I asked for and recieved a hood mounted bug deflector. On the drive home I noticed it moving quite a bit. I looked under the hood the next day and noticed that the deflector was only mounted with 3 of the 4 needed screws. That was a little disturbing. I have been trying to decide what to do about it. I wasn't interested in making another 5 hr return trip. Today Rod called me to ask how I was making out with the Escape. I mentioned it to him. With no hesitation he told me to take it to a shop here in town and send Wilsons the bill. I can't ask for more than that. I will definately be back. I am really enjoying the free 3 month subcription to Sirius XM radio. They have quite a collection of Mustangs. I have owned many. If I could have afforded it, a certain White California Special Convertible would have been coming home with me too. As I said before, I will be back. More

I emailed the dealership that I wanted to test drive a 2010 Dodge Journey R/T last Saturday at 2pm. However, I was 2 hours late and they didn't seem to mind. We originally went to Mark Wilson's because of their volume of used vehicles and great selection. We soon realized that the staff was very pleasant to deal with & the vehicles we looked at were all ver volume of used vehicles and great selection. We soon realized that the staff was very pleasant to deal with & the vehicles we looked at were all very clean and nice. We also looked around and found the prices to be very competitive with any other place. We were offered a fair price on our trade also.
