Great response rate & customer service from Ashley Sixsmith, their Internet specialist whom we negotiated with to secure the terms of a lease that we were happy with. Thank you, Ashley! John Pavunkovic who handled the finalisation of the deal when we were ready to sign the initial paperwork at the dealership, came through for us 100% in the end after facing some paperwork/logistics issues that we were concerned with initially. But John, in the interest of establishing a potentially long-term relationship with us, (which we appreciate!), went above and beyond to make sure he found us a solution that worked best for us, which he did & then some! Because of John's professionalism and efforts to ensure we were completely satisfied, we decided to go with him for our new BMW lease. The final delivery and contract signing process were very smooth and he made sure we were fully informed about everything that had to do with our new car before we drove it away. All in all, professionalism, friendliness, flexibility and great customer service go a long way for us. And John P provided us with an ultimately satisfying experience. So, thank you, John! Sales rep John Pavunkovic John was very helpful when i came to the showroom to test drive the x1 until the purchase of the vehicle. Service Manager is terrible I cannot believe how rude your manager was. He made me feel as I was below him, which by judging on his clothes and posture, he seems below me. be careful before you have your family in one of their cars Imagine you pay $37,900 for a " BMW CERTIFIED " vehicle, and within less than a month we spent $2100,we picked up our "CERTIFIED" 2014 X3 at 12:20 Imagine you pay $37,900 for a " BMW CERTIFIED " vehicle, and within less than a month we spent $2100,we picked up our "CERTIFIED" 2014 X3 at 12:20 pm ,within 20 minutes we have to turn and go back to the dealer because the brake which is a major safety issue was vibrating very bad ,we got it done after wasting the whole day,as soon we got home my wife noticed the brake light on the tailgate (which is another safety issue) wasn't working,I thought it's matter of light bulb not worth it to go back ,couple of days after we found out that this is an expensive one $370 +labor ,called the dealer back to fix it ,they won't do it,we talked to the sales rep David and he couldn't help,we talked to the sales manager and he didn't help. MY ADVICE if you HAVE TO buy a vehicle from Maranello BMW Please get it checked through another BMW service facility before you have your family in. More
