This was my first official service call (oil change) at Maranello and overall it was a good experience. The staff were very professional and took good care of me and my vehicle. The only downside was a recommendation to perform a 4 wheel alignment which I agreed to. While I understand that elective service is not included in the "free" service offering, the pricing is a bit excessive. I hope that future service calls will not involve an additional costly service. More
