I leased a 2026 BMW iX xDrive 60 here in December 2025. Three issues were never resolved despite months of formal complaints. SUMMER TIRES: Delivered in December with summer-only tires and no plain-lang Three issues were never resolved despite months of formal complaints. SUMMER TIRES: Delivered in December with summer-only tires and no plain-language warning. The car was undrivable in the first snow. I had to buy winter tires at my own expense. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Every written quote I received showed $0.00 for the security deposit. At the moment of signing, $1,400 was suddenly required as a separate payment. No explanation was ever given for why all prior quotes showed $0. SIRIUS XM: The complimentary 6-month subscription was never activated at delivery. I had to sort it out myself months later. When I escalated formally, I was told a signed contract means nothing can be done. I was also discouraged from contacting regulators. Complaints filed with OMVIC (ref. #00047823) and BMW Canada. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1/5 | QUALITY OF WORK: 1/5 | FRIENDLINESS: 1/5 | OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 1/5 | RECOMMEND: No More
