Regret the purchase I made My wife and I purchased a vehicle that was sold to us As-is. I should have known better but since it was a BMW dealership selling a used BMW I thought My wife and I purchased a vehicle that was sold to us As-is. I should have known better but since it was a BMW dealership selling a used BMW I thought the vehicle should be decent enough for our daughter as her first car. In the Ad they had stated that it was a decent vehicle that was traded into their store and they were offering it at wholesale value which led us believe that we would be getting a good deal. When we took the vehicle for certification Canadian tire quoted us with 6,000 of work needed. If it was just brakes and tires I wouldn’t be writing this negative review, We took it to a second mechanic and still received a 5,300 bill to get it certified obviously plus taxes. The vehicle was found to be leaking oil from multiple places. The service engine light came on with in 30 minutes of driving which possible means someone has reset this light. The sales staff was friendly but I would expect better from bmw then to sell a car with this many issues at a franchise dealership. Next time I’m looking for a used car I would rather visit an independent. More

DONT service here unless you want to waste your time. Worst service experience ever. Dealership told me to bring the car as a booked appointment yet they failed to even look at the car ALL DAY! I booked an appointment a week in advance for an airbag issue. Knowing that sometimes these things can take time I decided to drop off the vehicle in the morning and pick up at night. Giving 7hrs+ to service. The service advisor calls me at 2pm and tells me that they haven't looked at the car yet and that he'll call back. I got NO CALL BACK I called the dealership at 4:30pm at which point I was told that nobody looked at my car, still. You tell me to come for an appointment, I give you the car for all day, and you don't have time to service the car. Pure incompetence. What a JOKE! More

MASTERS AT AVOIDING RESPONSIBILITY My very first experience as a BMW owner and at the service department was appalling. I went there with a flat tire (run flats). The tire pressure se My very first experience as a BMW owner and at the service department was appalling. I went there with a flat tire (run flats). The tire pressure sensors which identify changes in rotational speed and transmits this to the dash board indicated that the wrong tire was flat. Instead of investigating, the "staff" in the service department proceeded to make excused including blaming BMW's in general of having inaccurate tire pressure sensors. Don in service came up with this lame excuse which, in a real dealership, would have gotten him fired for tarnishing the brand to avoid doing his job. The management there is equally oblivious and uncaring, Go to BMW of Mississauga instead! or better yet Mercedes! More
