My X5 has been in several times on warranty issues and took up to 1 week to get it back each time....with no loaner - even though the salesman sold me on the whole service part of their business and that they would have a loaner ready for me whenever I brought my car in for service. Pathetic Customer Service. Engine light came on and it took a week and a half to get an appointment. The appointment was for 7:40 am and by 12:30 pm I still did not get a status Engine light came on and it took a week and a half to get an appointment. The appointment was for 7:40 am and by 12:30 pm I still did not get a status report from Customer Service rep. It's impossible to get someone in Service to answer their phone. I called six times before I finally spoke to the Service Mgr. and was advised that the technician had the work order but no diagnostic work had yet been done! A Customer Service rep finally called at 2:00 pm stating that after speaking to the Service Mgr. my car would be looked at by a technician by 3:00 pm. and that the work would be finished the following morning. The following day I again waited until noon for a call from my Service rep. No phone call again! Again after five phone calls I finally got hold of my Service rep and was advised that she was waiting for part quotes from the Parts department. Again she did not have the decency to inform me what was going on! In conclusion if I was not persistent I'm certain my car would have sat there for days. We unfortunately have two BMW coupes and have put up with this crap from the Maranello Service associates for the last five years. We did not purchase them from Maranello because we managed to get better deals at Auto House and Toronto BMW. We live in Woodbridge and Maranello is the closest BMW Service center. We always opted out of the After Service Evaluation by BMW because Andre the Service rep was always apologetic and claimed that things would improve....unfortunately not the case. More
Maranello treats me like family! I have owned my X5 since 2011 and have enjoyed the most professional service. when I bring my vehicle in for regular maintenance, I am always treated I have owned my X5 since 2011 and have enjoyed the most professional service. when I bring my vehicle in for regular maintenance, I am always treated like I am their only customer. I recently bought out my lease because I love the X5 and I continue to get top notch service. Maranello is my BMW dealership for life! More
worse BMW dealership Got an appointment 3 weeks a head and a day before my appointment got a call that they are extremely busy and can not honor my appointment! They called me that Car is ready but I had to wait another hour.....I will not buy my next car from this dealership and will look for another place to service my car More
POOR SERVICE, DISHONEST, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I own a bmw 328i 2008 model recently i had annual inspection done for the motor vehicle where i had head lights and and oil changed cost me some where I own a bmw 328i 2008 model recently i had annual inspection done for the motor vehicle where i had head lights and and oil changed cost me some where around 600$. About 2 weeks after this annual inspection my vehicle's ac unit was blowing warm air, i had the same exact problem when i first bought this motor vehicle at MARANELLO BMW dealer last year in 2014 and had it serviced at Maranello BMW dealer. Took it to the dealer today to get this problem dealt with. Now they are telling me that the whole a/c unit needs to be replaced and i have to pay some where around 1600$ to get it fixed. They are dishonest and treat you with no respect. I told them that all parts are under warranty for 24 months since i had my a.c unit serviced last year at the dealer. They are telling me that the problem now is that whole a/c unit needs to be replaced. Also when i brought my vehicle in for annual inspection i was under the impression that a/c unit gets checked how ever service advisor rep informed me that this was not the case. Then i spoke with the general manager of the dealer and he informed me that the a/c unit does get checked under annual inspection. They don't even know whats right and whats wrong. I had a terrible experience with this dealer and will never buy another bmw vehicle again. More

I have been dealing with Maranelo for 10 years. Every time I go there I ask myself WHY? There is never a pleasant experience. BMW has very poor representation. Great service, freiendly staff. I have purchased 3 cars from Maranello BMW. In the past, their service has been less than stellar; but what a difference new management makes. In the past 6 months the service went from dreadful - to outstanding. Before they didn't seem to care at all, and now I feel think their number 1 priority when I have my car in for service. What a fastastic improvement, congratulations on a job well done. More
Extraordinary service Had my M5 in for a minor issue and decided to wait for it since the service advisor said it wouldn't take too long. While waiting in the lounge I had the pleasure of seeing my next baby. After the exemplary experience I had with the sales department, the sales person and obviously the drive. I decided to pull the trigger on the 2015 model. Haven't regretted it yet. They delivered as promised and gave me more than feature market value for my trade. Thank you Maranello BMW. More
