The worst service I have ever had (or ever hope to have) I took my 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 in for servicing January 9, 2017. I had the same service advisor for all of these issues. The primary complaint was tha I took my 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 in for servicing January 9, 2017. I had the same service advisor for all of these issues. The primary complaint was that it was difficult to get the truck into gear especially when the weather was cold. Mainland Ford took 11 days to replace the clutch, machine the flywheel, and install a new master cylinder. This cost me just under $3000. Two months later (March), the same problem occurred. I took it back and they re-bled the master cylinder. In June, when traveling to Kelowna, it happened again. I took it to Orchard Park Ford and they re-bled the master cylinder. This was covered by Mainland Ford. In July, I was in Kelowna again, the same thing happened, and Orchard Ford bled it again, but this time I was charged an additional $176.46. Mainland Ford offered me in store credit for that amount. When I drove home (July), the problem was already re-occurring so I took it back to Mainland Ford. They replaced the clutch master cylinder. In November 2017, the problem occurred again - the exact same problem I took it in for the first time 10 months previous. At that point, I had absolutely no faith that Mainland Ford was willing to fix the problem so I took my vehicle to Ocean Park Ford. They replaced all parts on warranty. It has been 7 months and the problem has not occurred since. Mainland Ford cost me considerable money, time, and the inconvenience of not having my vehicle in working condition for considerable stretches of time. I would never recommend this service department to anyone. I would however recommend Ocean Park Ford - excellent service! More

Stressful ford My family and I visited this dealership to initially inquire how much is their offer for this specific car that we wanted, Arianne the sales rep was v My family and I visited this dealership to initially inquire how much is their offer for this specific car that we wanted, Arianne the sales rep was very helpful and patient with us and got us the price we wanted and a deal was made. We ask them if we can leave the car overnight so they can install all the accessories we purchased and somehow get the car clean a bit because it was all dusty and beside we still have to come back the next day to finish all the paperwork as it was already getting late, they all agreed and we set an appointment. we return the next day to find out that nothing was done with our car and with thorough inspection we noticed that there were a lot of scratches on its exterior, we informed our sales rep about this, we also waited for almost an hour to meet with our financial advisor and finish our paperwork even though there was no other customers aside from us. After a lengthy discussion they told us to return after a week so they can finish whats needed to be done, we were so frustrated because of whats happening, the manager and financial advisor seems to ignore us after they got the deal! We were just lucky to have a very helpful sales rep but other than that I would say the experience was very stressful for us. More

Excellent Customer Service I went into Mainland Ford as they called asking if I would trade in my Escape. So they had to do the estimate so I would know what I would be getting I went into Mainland Ford as they called asking if I would trade in my Escape. So they had to do the estimate so I would know what I would be getting for my car before I would think about the trade in. Once I got that i looked at the Edge and the sales girl gave me the wrong price. So I cancelled the sale. The next day I got a letter from Scott Brown with coupons so I went back in and asked for Scott the manager and he did everything to change what happened around. He also introduce me to Keith, now he is great. Turned my whole day around. Put a big smile back on my face. So then I took the F-150 for a drive and we talked money and even though it was a bit more than I wanted to spend I bought it. I would recommend Keith any day of the year. More

Sales just wants me to trade in my 1 year old car that’s fully paid for and get a new car. No one won’t even listen to my warranty issue just trade trade trade. So I finally leave but still they keep calling me every few weeks asking if I want to trade. I am fed up with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE More

It is a pleasure to work with someone who is knowledgeable about the product and diligent to find the right fit for his clients. We had been at two other dealers, but he won us over. He even paid for our license plates when he couldn't get them off of our trade in. That is really beyond the call of duty, but he did it.
