Last Visit Experience My last visit for service was not quite good. I was told it will be done in 1 hour and I waited in waiting area. After an hour nobody told me if the c My last visit for service was not quite good. I was told it will be done in 1 hour and I waited in waiting area. After an hour nobody told me if the car was already done so I assumed it was not finished yet. Usually, if it's done already they will come to let me know that's why I assumed it's not done yet. But after another 30 minutes, I saw my car already parked outside so I approached the cashier and she told me the key is still not there and told me to ask the service guy outside. I went outside but the guy was still talking to another customer so I have waited for another 15 minutes. After their talking, he finally entertains me, paid my account and give me the key. I just didn't complain anymore. I don't remember the name and the face of those people. More
