Sales I found the sales staff to be hiding things and when confronted about the issue they blamed someone else or something else. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, however the mechanic that did the inspection missed a burned out brake light which I replaced in 5 minutes, that is all I have found so far. The vehicle was delivered clean, full of gas and Ola and Kelly made sure I knew all the bells and whistles and details that I might have overlooked, Kristjan in finance was fast and professional, overall it was a painless purchase. Best Ford Experience EVER!!!!! First off, if you ever need a good honest salesman ask for Chuck Dunlop. He is kind, honest, funny and made us feel like we were apart of his family. Plus he made our 22 month old content which can be hard at this age. We got a good price for our trade in's and left the dealership happy with our new purchase. The dealership has a very welcoming and warm feeling about it. The staff are friendly and courteous. If I could critique one thing it would be that they put in a small section with kid toys and maybe a little slide to keep children more entertained even know they do their best already as selling and buying is a long process. Knowledgeable in the products, personable, and able to answer any question I had. He made multiple enquiries with Management to ensure my requests regarding a new purchase could be accommodated. Sam Darwiche in Finance was very accommodating, patient, and personable. Maranda Barcham in Customer Experience was a gem. Very kind and wanting to be sure everything was going as expected/desired. I have dealt with various Service Staff member too for the last 3 1/2 years and all of the Service staff have been fabulous too. They are very good at letting me know the progress of my vehicle service if I am waiting, and ensuring I am comfortable in their customer service lounge. During my new purchase, I also enquired with Parts for some additional add-ons. I apologize that I can't remember their names, but the two gentlemen were also very accommodating and personable in searching for what I was wanting. Maclin has a winning team overall. More
