We preferred the size, features and price of the Escape so that's what we bought. Chris was patient while explaining the features and relative performance of the 1.6 L versus 2.0 L engines. After test driving both, we opted for the better performance provided by the 2.0 L. Daryn was helpful in clarifying the lease versus buy considerations. Paul pulled the paperwork together quickly and efficiently, including the registration and plate. Overall, very satisfied with our experience at Maclin Ford. More

honestly dishonest. Took a two used vehicles for a test drive and liked one. We started negotiations with the salesperson. Salesperson went to talk to the 'manager' to negotiate price. The manager comes back and actually raises the price claiming the vehicle was incorrectly listed. We walked out. Today both of the vehicles are being advertised on-line with features they do not have. More
