They also found we had some loose ball joints so they fixed that up all at the same time. Last Visit Experience My last visit for service was not quite good. I was told it will be done in 1 hour and I waited in waiting area. After an hour nobody told me if the c My last visit for service was not quite good. I was told it will be done in 1 hour and I waited in waiting area. After an hour nobody told me if the car was already done so I assumed it was not finished yet. Usually, if it's done already they will come to let me know that's why I assumed it's not done yet. But after another 30 minutes, I saw my car already parked outside so I approached the cashier and she told me the key is still not there and told me to ask the service guy outside. I went outside but the guy was still talking to another customer so I have waited for another 15 minutes. After their talking, he finally entertains me, paid my account and give me the key. I just didn't complain anymore. I don't remember the name and the face of those people. More
