The best customer service I have experienced at a dealership I called around town to try and get my tires mounted and balanced, most places stated I wouldn't be able to get in for a week. I called Jean at your dealership and stated my situation and the fact that I need my vehicle for work purposes as well, he happily responded saying we can get your car done ASAP and have a loaner car for you to complete your workday. As I entered the service bay, I was greeted by Jean and he made sure to make the initial stages as smooth as possible. Once the vehicle was completed he ensured to call me and inform that it had been completed. The phone call - to the initial stages - to the final result were easier than any other dealership I have ever experienced. Jean was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and quite friendly. Even though my vehicle is not a Ford, I will be returning to this dealership and servicing my vehicle here. More

I purchased a new battery and had to spend 30 mins changing it at night in a parking lot in -30 windchill weather, only to find out that my car now had a "transmission malfunction service now error". I called Advantage ford where I usually deal and they were not able to offer much advice unfortunately saying I would need to bring it in, which I get. I asked if I would have to pay for this as I have had problems with my transmission in the past, and it's a known issue and I have had a couple safety recalls issued about it. Advantage let me know my 5 year warranty had expired but I did have an additional extended warranty on my transmission and clutch. The next morning my husband called in right at 730 to see if I could get in to have the car looked at and I was able to bring it in only a few hours later, such a relief. I brought it over (only a 3 min drive from my work, awesome) and Shelby (I believe) was able to check me in. It was actually input at as oil change appointment, not sure what happened there but it was my husband that called in and not me haha. Once we got it figured out she asked me for all the details about what had happened saying the more info we gave to the tech the better. She was very kind and helpful and told me she had only been working with ford for 1 week! I was wowed at how easily the checkin went. I told her about the warranty and what advantage had told me and unfortunately she didn't see the same info, I was worried about paying for the appointment but she assured me I would only have to pay for the first hour of work and if anything more was required she would let me know before they proceed. I got a ride back to work from the shuttle (the male driver was also super kind and friendly). About 2pm I got a call saying my car was all ready to go and it was a problem with the computer caused by replacing the battery. I did have to pay for the hour of service and picked up my car later that evening. Again I seen Shelby when I came to pick up the car and she drove it up front for me. It was about a 5 min wait for her to bring it around. She had noticed the air tire low sensor was on and took it to get the air topped up. The light was actual on because I didn't have sensors in my winter tires, but the thought and extra gesture of good service really made an impact! Such a great experience and even though I ended up paying for it, I felt great leaving maclin knowing my car had been properly taken car of. More

Good experience Just bought a 2016 SE F150 from Maclin. We noticed a scuff on the bumper when we did our walk around. The replacement was an easy decision - another Ford Escape. Graham Mitran @ Maclin Ford helped me through a very fair repurchase negotiation. Due to a variety of uncontrollable insurance situations - the process was very lengthy for all involved. Graham was very patient, understanding and helpful in the many resulting delays. On delivery of my new car, Kristjan was very creative in switching my previous maintenance program and obliging to have the purchase per credit card. Since my purchase , I've had a thorough orientation to all new 2017 vehicle features, and quick answers to my questions. Thank you for your assistance in this unique resolution. Judy More

First new car purchase ! This was my first time ever buying a new car, I work near by and decided to check out this ford dealership as I was really interested in a F150. I was shown a few options and in the end was able to pick out a new F-150 limited with all the options I wanted. Neil, mike and both Paul's were a pleasure to deal with and with a little bit of back and forth they were able to get me a price that worked for me ! Great dealership. Great staff! Will be back in the future and will highly recommend friends and family to use this dealership! More
