Issue Resolution I came into the dealership to discuss all issues experienced. While the service has always been excellent the resolution of "coverage" issues was not I came into the dealership to discuss all issues experienced. I was also provided immediate service for a maintenance issue. I have a complete sense of trust. I also had a very pleasant experience with a new service rep that I had not met before - Jean. He was personable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to seeing him again at my next maintenance appointment. More

Easy way to buy a car As soon as sales person spotted us at the customer parking lot he came out right away. The car we saw on the website was sold so Al Steinkey showed us As soon as sales person spotted us at the customer parking lot he came out right away. The car we saw on the website was sold so Al Steinkey showed us what they have and suggested an alternative to try out. A few minutes later we took it for a test drive. Al and Candace helped us through out the purchase process, they kept in touch by phone and email. On a pick-up day they let me leave my old written off vehicle in their lot for towing.Everybody offers you a coffee all the time at that place. More
