Clutch Repair Customer service was excellent, and the turn around time was faster than they said. I was only a little sad because I barely got to use the rental! ha Customer service was excellent, and the turn around time was faster than they said. Why did someone took our 2010 Ford Escape Manual? Vehicle was returned to me with a rattling noise . After crawling under the vehicle to inspect the source of the rattling noise I found that one of the bolts that holds the skid plate in place was lo . After crawling under the vehicle to inspect the source of the rattling noise I found that one of the bolts that holds the skid plate in place was loose (I ended up tightening the bolt myself). Why was the skid plate even removed in the first place? In addition I received a notice in the mail from FORD Canada (the same day) that there was an outstanding recall on this vehicle (regarding the brake mater cylinder). Why did the shop not check for outstanding recall notices for my truck when it was in the shop? So now I have to arrange for another visit to have the recall issue addressed and this takes up my valuable time...not impressed at all...thinking of taking the truck to another dealership that is closer to my home More
