Would not recommend to a friend I brought my vehicle in on Thursday, thinking it would be in and out in one day - which I assumed was normal (it was in my past experiences at a VW de I brought my vehicle in on Thursday, thinking it would be in and out in one day - which I assumed was normal (it was in my past experiences at a VW dealership). I learn when I get there, the shuttle does not go downtown (would be nice to know before dropping my vehicle off, you think that's something they would mention on the phone when booking service) the shuttle guy was nice enough to drop me off at my office but said I would have to take the Ctrain back....so Thursday passes by, it's 4pm and I haven't heard anything so I call and ask for an update. "haven't had a chance to look at it - can we keep it overnight" ..... I'm fine with that but would have been nice if they called and asked me hours earlier. What if I had somewhere to be that evening? My annoyance level starts to rise but I let it go, maybe they are backed up, I'm understanding, to a point anyway. Friday comes and goes, it's 2pm and I need my vehicle back for the weekend and I still haven't heard anything. I call. No answer. I call back in a bit. No answer. I call back and leave a message with the receptionist who promises to pass along my message. No call back. It's 3:30pm. I use a different phone to call and finally someone from service answers. He puts me on hold for 10 minutes to go check on my vehicle. "yeah they haven't looked at it yet, it's next up in line" me "so will it be done today?" him "no we will need to keep it" xxx. This is when I get REALLY annoyed. I tell the guy I want a shuttle to pick me up as I will not be leaving my vehicle there over the weekend. He says "ya I will put you on the list" ..... great.... I wait for 30 mins, no one calls, I'm positive no shuttle is coming. I take an Uber (with my own money) to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. On my drive there, a cab calls and asks where to pick me up which I guess was nice they actually sent a cab, but again, why could no one call and update me?? Huge lack of communication. When I get there the guy says "Not sure what's going on, you're the 4th person this has happened to today and the manager is not in today" BRUTAL. Will not be taking my vehicle back there. More

Not once did they try to sale me something more or even less. They listen and delivered. I felt so respected that if I couldn't get now they made me feel like they believed in me to buy it at a later date. Now that I have a Ford Fiesta ST I can't wait to buy another Ford. Con Artists Work Here Extremely disappointed with the service I received here. Dropped my vehicle off on Monday morning just after 7:00am for a standard oil change service, Extremely disappointed with the service I received here. Dropped my vehicle off on Monday morning just after 7:00am for a standard oil change service, and was contacted to say I also needed a wheel alignment. When I went to pick up my vehicle at 4:30pm I waited until 5:15pm at which point I was informed the wheel alignment had not been performed because a camber kit needed to be ordered. I had to follow up with the dealership the next day to find out what the problem was in performing the wheel alignment - why did I need a kit vs. making the required adjustments? I was told the rear of a Ford Escape can’t be adjusted so I need the control arms replaced (roughly $370 worth of parts and work). Seemed suspicious so I followed up with another dealership and they informed me that they’d be able to perform the required alignment for $180, no parts required. In any case I’m still waiting to hear back from Maclin as to why I need the control arms replaced - are the ones on my vehicle damaged? They seem unwilling or unable to provide me with an adequate technical explanation as to why I require this service. Quite frankly I’m not sure I needed an alignment in the first place. More
