Making my wife and I a priority! The Sales staff (Darrell, Jeremy and Stephanie) worked very hard for us on the our purchase of 2-2018 Ford Escapes. Several months earlier we had boug The Sales staff (Darrell, Jeremy and Stephanie) worked very hard for us on the our purchase of 2-2018 Ford Escapes. Several months earlier we had bought a used F150 from Maclin and after a couple of months of driving it, the truck became very problematic with breakdowns and additional out of pocket costs not expected. Darrell and Jeremy took it upon themselves to rectify the situation and make things right. Those two guys with the help of Stephanie made us feel like somebody cared. We had been extremely stressed out with the truck and really did not know how things would end up. They ended up getting us out of the truck and into 2 SUV's that are way more reliable, and in the process relieving the stress we had leading up to that moment, We would like to thank those 3 as well as everybody else we dealt with at Maclin for making us a priority!
