I was pleasantly surprised by the professional service and attention during my visit to Mini Vaughan West. Once the car issues were identified, cost estimate was provided and estimate timeline for work completion given. All work was completed in a timely manner and I was able to drive my Clubman home. Brought 2016 Coutryman All4S in with 124K KM’s. The main module was not working windows. Dealer said some water leaked and new module and programming was going to be just shy of $3000. I declined s The main module was not working windows. Dealer said some water leaked and new module and programming was going to be just shy of $3000. I declined service and took car home and investigated. There was over 3cm of water through out the entire floor under carpet. They said it was from drain hole not working. They also left the water inside and returned car. I proceed to drain water and dry out car. Windows and module work again. The dealership gave me back the car with water still inside. They didn’t even apologize for the terrible manufacturing issues. This is not a new issue as I was told it was very common. In that case you think they would be able to fix it. I was going to purchase another but not now. They have brutal customer service to let me leave with the car in that status with all that water still inside. More
