I went to vaughan Mini Service Center for a routine oil change and left extremely frustrated. After completing the service, they told me my oil pan was leaking. When I asked if fixing it would require anot change and left extremely frustrated. After completing the service, they told me my oil pan was leaking. When I asked if fixing it would require another oil change, they said yes meaning I now have to pay for the oil change twice. What’s baffling is they didn’t inform me about the leak before doing the oil change. If they had, I could have addressed the oil pan first and avoided this extra expense. This feels like a serious lapse in communication and basic customer care. On top of that, the invoice had my name entered incorrectly. When I pointed it out to the receptionist, she shrugged and said it was what the system generated. What if I need to use this invoice somewhere else? My full name matters, and this careless handling makes the service feel even more unprofessional. More
