While repairing some clutch issues with my Jeep, Londonderry Dodge found some problems with the transmission that needed fixing. The Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Purchased a brand new jeep a month ago… they’d call every day sometimes twice a day. Now that I own the vehicle and having issues with the finance department not paying off my other vehicle and payments still coming out for my old and new vehicle the whole dealership is a ghost town.. been calling for nearly 2 weeks and we’ve left a good 6-8 voicemails… still have yet to hear back from them… I wouldn’t purchase a new wiper blade from these guys let alone another vehicle… extremely disappointed with there customer service. Made a deal on a used jeep and when I came into pick it up they said it wasn’t ready because of issues with it. It’s now been a week and still the jeep is not ready due to it’s issues. The other problem is that they knew that the Jeep had serious issues before selling to me,and I wasn’t informed until after the fact. They now won’t let me out of the deal. As a retired veteran on a fixed income,I can’t risk taking a vehicle that has issues that the dealership knew about before selling it to me. Don’t recommend going here at all. More
