The Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Purchased a brand new jeep a month ago… they’d call every day sometimes twice a day. Now that I own the vehicle and having issues with the finance de Purchased a brand new jeep a month ago… they’d call every day sometimes twice a day. Now that I own the vehicle and having issues with the finance department not paying off my other vehicle and payments still coming out for my old and new vehicle the whole dealership is a ghost town.. been calling for nearly 2 weeks and we’ve left a good 6-8 voicemails… still have yet to hear back from them… I wouldn’t purchase a new wiper blade from these guys let alone another vehicle… extremely disappointed with there customer service. More

Made a deal on a used jeep and when I came into pick it up they said it wasn’t ready because of issues with it. It’s now been a week and still the jeep is not ready due to it’s issues. The other proble up they said it wasn’t ready because of issues with it. It’s now been a week and still the jeep is not ready due to it’s issues. The other problem is that they knew that the Jeep had serious issues before selling to me,and I wasn’t informed until after the fact. They now won’t let me out of the deal. As a retired veteran on a fixed income,I can’t risk taking a vehicle that has issues that the dealership knew about before selling it to me. Don’t recommend going here at all. More

I just bought a 2022 Jeep Compass Elite from this dealership. This had to be one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Very friendly staff, very helpful and they go above and beyon dealership. This had to be one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Very friendly staff, very helpful and they go above and beyond. The sales staff I dealt with were really nice young guys. Even after the sale was done and I was picking up my new compass the salesman Carter (he was helping Brayden) didn't rush through the delivery, he took is time and showed me everything about my new compass. It was really nice seeing this dealership giving young people a chance. It would be extremely hard to beat the customer service at this dealership. If the customer service in the Service Department is the same, then this is where I will get all service done on my new compass. I can't recommend this dealership high enough, I know when it's time for my next new vehicle this is where I will be going. More
