Man has this place changed. I wish I could pull my previous rating. Have been buying here for decades. Went in there late Aug 2013 and I didn't recognise a single sales associate. Makes you think they got bought out somewhere along the line or got a new General manager. What used to be great customer service has turned into high pressure, don't listen, sell at any cost. The new atmosphere looks for all the world like Capital on the south side now. Went in asking for a loaded Charger RT AWD. Took a long time to find out from her they don't have any on the lot, no offer to order one. Instead tried to sell me one of the 2 door small cars they had on hand. Not even close to what I asked for. My brother just recently bought a used pickup. Got it home to B.C. Major issues with the heads and gasket. Over $3,000 in repairs on a vehicle that passed there "Certification" inspection but was one year to old for the certified program. Long story short, they would do nothing to make it right. It is a real shame to see a once great dealership turn into this. More
