1st Purchase From Londonderry Dodge I've purchased several Dodges from several Dodge dealerships. There's only 2 that I have been a repeat customer for but after dealing with Doug Caldwe I've purchased several Dodges from several Dodge dealerships. There's only 2 that I have been a repeat customer for but after dealing with Doug Caldwell and Matt, in finance, and all the other employees at Londonderry Dodge, I will make this my dealership. Until I went to pick up my 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab I only had email contact with Doug. I had several specific additions that I wanted added on my truck and I wasn't disappointed, they surpassed my expectations, which is difficult to do. The price was over $10,000. less than several other dealerships, the service was excellent, my trade in wasn't belittled, like other dealers and how they would pick the littlest thing apart so they didn't need to honor what they offered for my trade. In our family we have 8 dodges, at present, each from a different dealership, but will be able to say now our first call, email or stop will be Londonderry Dodge and I am sure will be the only call, email or stop we will need to do now. No more spending hours, days comparing prices or need to have to keep checking if they have the vehicle we want. I told Doug what I wanted, what I required for my trade and all the accessories I wanted added, within an hour he had what I wanted. He needed to get the truck from Saskatchewan and did just that. Never made it an issue like other dealers. We'll definitely will be going back and would suggest/recommend others to make this there first call, email or stop. You won't be disappointed. More

After several weeks of looking at the various vehicles available we selected the Journey. The Sales Representative, Harjott MANN, was very patient and most helpful in our selection. He was a very personable young man and a pleasure to deal with. He readily answered our questions and made sure that the various options were available to us. This was our first new car purchase in over 20 years and we are completely satisfied. Hopefully our follow-up service will be as good. More

Amazing service I have recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer ship and I have never been treated so good. They made sure I was 100% okay with the price, everyone stayed 3 hours after store hours to accommodate to me so I was able to drive away with my new jeep that day. Everyone was so friendly and the second I walked into the door someoem was willing to help me no questions asked. Also I was berry impressed with getting my car detailed and taken care of. Very good customer service, will def recommend to anyone who is looking for a vehicle in a friendly environment. More

Sales manager came up with a deal we accepted, After we was approved for financing the deal jumped by over $3,000.00 and all the sales manager could do is lie right to our faces. My partner and visited your dealership on Sat morn. Feb 15 and met with Chad to test drive and price a new truck. We were impressed with the length of the test drive,and with the performance of the truck 15 and met with Chad to test drive and price a new truck. We were impressed with the length of the test drive,and with the performance of the truck as per the drive train. once back in the dealership we were also impressed with the way in Chad read and listened to our wishes and concerns and we were impressed with his success with his personal life. We were also very impressed that Chad could and did provide us with all of the facts and the pricing that we needed to make up our decision. Unlike a couple of other dealerships, that I visited, who seamed to want a signature ( for a greased pig in a sack )with out a price. This will be my last truck to purchase as I am retired and I am taking my time in deciding but I left there with the feeling that if I buy a dodge that it will be from Chad. the decision has not been made! More
I factory ordered a brand new 1500 slt dodge ram . The dealership did not call me when the truck came in .I had to go to the dealership ,when I did I was told to go look for it on the lot and if it is the dealership did not call me when the truck came in .I had to go to the dealership ,when I did I was told to go look for it on the lot and if it is there call us we will go get it. so I found the truck call them ,ok we will go get it . So I went home and waited for a call to go see the truck and take it for a test drive .I get a call from the salesman chase to come in and see their finance person not to see the truck . seem odd .I went in to see him and was asked if I had looked over the truck I said no he was upset by this . so no papers were signed .I waited four hours in the dealership for them to find the keys to the truck and when the salesman chase finally got them . he got the truck and brought it to me .Only to tell me he was working with another customer and could I come back tomorrow. I should have never returned . The next day was even more of a joke I returned and was sent to the finance office for paper work .Not seeing the truck again . I said I wanted to see the truck finally a test drive ,as I was looking over the truck the salesman kept stating let 's go .so we went . after the test drive I was walking by the truck and notice damage on it . Chase stated don't worry about it will rub out. while that is not the case in has dented the box and wheel well of the truck . Damage to which will now bring down the value of the truck . Upon signing I was also changed for the gas they put in. I went home talked with some people and was told to return the truck back to the dealership . When I did I was told to call this number and they would repair the truck .We are done and you are on your own. nice to know people still care about their money. More
My partner and I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. What a beautiful car! But the dealership personnel on the other hand, not so much. Right off the bat after test driving the Cherokee, we were brought into the little cubicle to discuss the numbers. Our sales lady had gone to the manager to figure out some numbers. Upon arriving back to us, she place the written bill of sale in front of us and show us the numbers. I looked at the overall cost of the vehicle which was $37,775.00 and then looked at the sales lady and asked her where she got that number. She politely asked me what I meant, and I pulled out my phone to show her the price of the vehicle (including stock number) online. There was about a $1500.00 difference. She then replied with, oh I don't know, let me look into that. So really in the end of that little ordeal I sensed very dishonest business dealing. Which was rather disappointing. We then came to an agreement and were brought to the Finance office. To our dismay we met that man that wouldn't care about our budget and would try and sell more BS that isn't really needed.He pushed us extremely hard that we felt really vulnerable and exploited. My partner and I ended up agreeing to whatever it was he was selling, to get him off our backs. It was a week later that we called Chrysler Canada and demanded answers as to why were treated so poorly. They ended up opening an investigation into the matters. We also then called the extended warranty company and canceled a $4500.00 pointless expenditure that was sold to us in the finance office. This review isn't to discourage you and/or family to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, it is to make you very alert when dealing with any of its personnel. Happy Shopping! More
