Huge thanks to the team at Londonderry Dodge for a fantastic experience purchasing our new truck. Our roster included Krysta, Brandon, Chase and Sean...and we couldn't have asked for a better group working together with us to meet our vehicle and budgetary needs. From test drive to drive away, the experience was a win! Thanks again everyone! (Krysta - Manager, Brandon & Chase - Sales, Sean - Finance) Scott & Erin Hazen More

They made mention of things about work that were very offensive to me. The used sales manager also yelled at my wife over her having concerns about the vehicle They also refused to return a deposit when we decided we would not deal with them. I have never been in a dealership before where the managers yell at you and call you stupid right to your face. Will never deal with them ever again. They refused to return any calls to us until we went through BBB. More

It wasn't until the first week of this month (december) where it would have to go in for repair on the rear main seal. I was aware that this seal started leaking around winter of last year but decided to get it fixed this year. The vehicle went in for the repair on december 1st and we did not get it back until december 5th. Thats 5 whole days that they had with the vehicle, I understand that the repair is a time consuming one but 5 days is ridiculous. When the repair was finished I went in to pick the vehicle up and as soon as I sat inside it to drive it back home I had noticed a burning smell. I thought it may have been oil that could have been spilled on the exhaust manifold when they were filling the engine so I thought nothing of it. I also immediately noticed that the steering wheel had play in it that would later cause the vehicle to "wander" all over the road. I brought it home and talked to my parents (i'm 19) about what to do about this situation. I brought it to an automotive shop that I used to work at and used the bay to look under my vehicle. I discovered that a seal where the front drive shaft meets the transfer case was missing. Turns out what I was smelling was grease that flew from the drive shaft onto the heat shield. On top of that theres a leaking transmission line now and it appeared that the rear main was still leaking. We booked the vehicle back in and asked them to correct the steering issue and explain the drive shaft seal. Now they're saying that the vehicle needs a new steering rack which is over $1000 and a whole new front drive shaft which is close to $800. These are all repairs that are unnecessary. The vehicle was completely fine before it went into their shop and now because of their mistakes that they refuse to fix it will end up costing me close to $4000 to get the vehicle back to the way it was. I would post the names of the service managers I spoke to but everyone behind that desk hides their name tags. Every time I spoke to the service manager he treated me as if I were a stupid kid. I cannot believe the attitude that this man gave me as I was speaking to him, complete udder disrespect. When I asked him about the steering he said and I quote, "Oh well I don't know, it could be anything. You should have got the peace of mind inspection". I was close to pulling him over the desk by his collar a couple of times. Anyways stay away from this dealership. Your vehicle will leave the shop in worse condition than it went in. More

Terrible experience. I owned my vehicle for a month and a half, brand new 2014 Jeep Cherokee, the transmission went on it. They told me they would not provide me with a rental/courtesy car but that I would get a discount on one! I was without my car for a month, during this time I asked for a new one, I was told "they just don't do that" and that "they had to fix a lot of things on my car before I picked it up" THEN WHY WOULD YOU SELL IT TO ME? Terrible service. I will never recommend them to anyone. They really live up to the saying "all they want is your money" It was my first new vehicle and I never want to go through that experience again. I contacted a connection of mine who ended up getting the manager to pay for my rental, that did not make up for anything. I should not have to reach out to someone else for help, customer service should be a part of their jobs. More

Londonderry was the closest dealership to where I lived, and I should have looked at other dealerships before dealing with the sales staff at this one. To begin with, my salesperson Ali seemed to be really friendly, not pushy, and never once inquired about payments/credit. All he wanted to do was make sure I found a vehicle that I liked and then when we could get into the details. Once I decided on the car I wanted is when things changed... for the WORSE! As soon as I decided to discuss payment options and financing, they were already asking me for my SIN number, a credit card number, and all I simply wanted to know was know what the payments would be and at what interest before committing to anything! They then came back to me with the "break down of the numbers" that included my payments and interest... but no break down of MRSP, taxes and so forth. I had to nag them to give me an actual break down of the numbers, what my trade was worth, and how the payments amounted to that price. (They don't even leave the sticker price on the vehicles... so you never know what you are actually paying). The sales staff could barely answer my questions, and if it was not for Matt in finance I probably would have left and called it quits. The only issues I had with the finance team is that there was one bank I did not want to go through, and somehow the other finance guy (Andrew) let them check my credit even though I specifically said to not inquire through this bank. Once they were able to break down the numbers and put me into what seemed like a good deal, I was excited and thrilled to be in a new car. I picked up my car... which was a hassle in itself. Any questions I had Ali and Angelo weren't even trying to ask, they couldn't take an effort to get my car washed and the plate on it while I was in finance, and basically I was left waiting around for them. Kinda seems that they got my money and could care less afterwards. Later my new car would end up being in the shop 3 times in total as the check engine light kept turning on every 150-200 km. Understand this is out of their control, but they didn't do anything to better my experience. All of a sudden, I was leaving 3-4 voicemails a day to get the sales manager Angelo or even someone in service. I decided this was enough and I just wanted to be put in a reliable car. It took Angelo 3 days to call me back, so I could then get the information on who the general sales manager was. I even had to speak to the used sales manager and get him to find someone to call me and resolve these issues. As far as I am concerned, the dealership should be wanting to keep someone's business and communicate with them about the car, not the customer having to call multiple times a day with no response. I wouldn't define that as quality customer service. This was not the case until Christa, the general sales manager, got a hold of me and we proceeded to figure out how I can get a new vehicle. I am still playing this phone tag game with them and won't recommend this dealership to anyone! The one thing they lack in is ensuring they are communicating with their customers and updating them on their vehicles. It is pretty obvious how they only cared about doing a deal, as when everything was signed off, I was basically pushed aside and non of my concerns were handled well until going up to the general sales manager. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I will tell anyone who is thinking of going to this dealership to not waste their time and money. More
Londonderry is leagues ahead of Great West Crooksters Well after my really sour experience with the Yachimec Auto Group's pride and joy - Great West Crooksters we were EXTREMELY nervous to deal again with Well after my really sour experience with the Yachimec Auto Group's pride and joy - Great West Crooksters we were EXTREMELY nervous to deal again with a Dodge dealer. Londonderry kept their word and did everything they said they would - at least so far. No money shenanigans. No waiting. They even offered (and kept their word) to do a follow up prep of the car because it didn't look like it had been done. More

Dropped it off for a 8 am appointment....at noon they just brought it in to look at......at 3 they said the computer was down so they could not tell if work was under warranty. But it worked long enough for them to charge us a 100.00 diagnostic fee. I need my car for work and now am without for over a week and this is greatly impacting us but we have no recourse. Last time we had to have warranty work we dropped it off for a 9 am appointment and it was finished at 430. But we have to use them for warranty work...if you have a choice stay away!!!!!!! More
