Londonderry Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Nothing but run around I purchased my first car at this dealership. It was a 2011 Chevy Cruze and I have regretted it everyday since. It has been in the shop 6 times I the l I purchased my first car at this dealership. It was a 2011 Chevy Cruze and I have regretted it everyday since. It has been in the shop 6 times I the last 2 months. Everything has gone wrong with it and the dealership I brought it to said they've only seen this amount of problems on a vehicle that had been sold at a private sale and had been previously written off. When I purchased the car they never pointed off the cracks in the front fender and it took 4 of them to figure out it didn't have a block heater. Every time I call I'm passed from person to person and the manager is always unavailable. Meanwhile I'm listening to staticky Christmas music in June while on hold and my frustration has only built. Has this vehicle been in an accident? If so they concealed that fact and I will sue. So if you're looking for as much run around and to buy a lemon I'd recommend a gym and grocery store instead. More

Walk in with experience I have mixed feelings about this dealership. My sales person was new had only been there a week or so. He was great nice funny i felt like i had known I have mixed feelings about this dealership. My sales person was new had only been there a week or so. He was great nice funny i felt like i had known him a long time right away. However i was looking for somthing no more then $400 a month and was told 2015 jeep patriot was dead on. I liked it. I had only gone in to see how much my current car was worth and walked out three hours later with the jeep. Im a single woman who knows nothing about anything in terms of buying a new vehicle so i feel very ripped off. I signed a bunch of stuff and was told it said i was just looking and wasnt intitled to buy. They asked if i wanted the jeep for the weekend and when i asked how that worked i didnt get a answer rather a half laugh. At this point i had been approved for the financeing and asumed i had no choice so i took the jeep. Not knowing anything and being to scared to speak up for myself i ended up agreeing to pay 42000 in total at 500 a month. I feel they took advantage of my lack of knowledge And covered it all up with nice personalities. Now im stuck with a over priced vehicle i can barely afford. More

False ads on kijiji to bait you to come in. I found a 2010 jeep wrangler sport with low kilometers and a very attractive price tag just under $15 000. I decided that this was the jeep for me. I went to the dealership. After being ignored by the staff I asked for service myself. Then I was informed that the jeep I had been inquiring about had been sold the previous day. They were quick to show me other units at higher prices which I wasn't ready to bite on. Two days passed and I find the same jeep being advertised again. Just be careful when dealing with this dealership! I know I won't be back. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I was looking for a new dealer. The sales manager and finance were extremely rude. They made mention of things about work that were very offensive to I was looking for a new dealer. The sales manager and finance were extremely rude. I have never been in a dealership before where the managers yell at you and call you stupid right to your face. Will never deal with them ever again.
