Nice to find a dealership that's doing things right. I found Londonderry to be a very switched on dealership. Right from the time I expressed interest in a vehicle I saw online, they were on the case, p I found Londonderry to be a very switched on dealership. Right from the time I expressed interest in a vehicle I saw online, they were on the case, proactive and friendly. They were very good in working around me to set up an appointment and test drive. The buying experience was pleasant, and although the process was long, I was taken well care of and made to feel comfortable. Both the salesperson and finance person went the extra mile to make things work as much in my favour as possible. The little extra things helped also. Like paperwork grouped together, stapled and labelled- what should stay in the car and what should go away in the house. Also being taken and shown the Service department and where to go there. It's all good to offer a tank of gas and a clean, but it's the real friendliness, guideance and great customer service that counts. The guys that looked after me were Nick Auger in Sales and Matt Stevenson in finance. Good job guys and thanks. Andy C More
Dealership changed their mind after handshake agreement So if you put down a deposit on a vehicle & agree to pick it up the next day - that means nothing to this dealership. They'll just sell it to someone underneath you, and not agree to do the same deal on another vehicle. I have NEVER dealt with such an irresponsible, untrustworthy and unprofessional group of people in a business transaction before - and I wouldn't trust these guys to be accountable or responsible for anything, let alone purchasing a vehicle. Such horrible service, no conflict resolution - just awful. In the last month, we've purchased a new truck elsewhere, and are looking for an additional vehicle. We are frequent vehicle buyers - as the pretty woman statement goes... "Big Mistake....Huge" More

He is still waiting for the check and now has been cut down to 200. Too add when I was driving new truck a payment was taken out on truck that I traded in( still not resolved) Then found out by my finance company the old load was still open. Once again another trip to dealer to get this done. So here is the positive the truck manager did throw in a Back Flip looks amazing. For spending so much I expected to be treated not like a sheep. Time for her first service today not sure if she wants to roll in there or not. More

He explained to me that all the used cars are fully inspected and fixed before going on sale. And the extended warranty covers nearly everything! I did have to wait a little while to get into do the financing (it was a Saturday) but once I did, Sam Gill looked after me well. Wasting Customers Time! As a Sales Manager myself I am appalled by the dealings of this salesman, the initial phone conversation was fine but it quickly turned ugly via text. I do not have to explain my circumstances to anybody but I have spent soo much time seeking the right vehicle and thought this was the one.....clearly not! What I do expect is to be treated seriously and with bloody respect, this is the absolute basics of being a salesman. I requested a CarProof 3days ago which never came and then he proceeded to have a laugh at my expense and make a bet with me. I am not one to offend easily or to waste peoples time, so I was happy to take his loosing bet. Although an insincere appology given, he still chose to waste my time and not provide my request. Totally uncalled for, extremely unprofessional and to gamble with customers? ....he would be repremanded if he was one of my staff! Here is the content of those texts: Me: Has a CarProof been done on this? If so, can you please email through to xxxxxxxx@gmail.com I won't make any decisions until I have spoken to my husband Salesman:Yes absolutely totally understandable, you should receive it shortly Me: Thank you, appreciated Me (24hrs later): Hi, unfortunately I have not received the CarProof for this vehicle. To be very honest with you, I will only make time to come down their if we could negotiate on a price between $16,000 - $17,000? We are very busy with 3 kids and I am adamant I will be driving away with something by Friday. I now have to be very selective with our timing to visit dealerships. We were initially approved at $17k at my own request and because I liked your truck so much I upped the amount to $24k +fees & gst which has just been approved 30mins ago. I'll take my cash elsewhere because I can be sold on great customer service no sweat.....evidently yours sucks and are a great time waster! Sales 101: don't waste peoples time or treat customers like xxxx! Update with the money you just lost: Within an hour of my last text above Not only have I found a 2009 Chevy Avalanche for $16,500 but I have just given my cash to a dealership for a 2010 Avalanche with extremely low kms for a dam sight less than your 2009 AND your 2010 sitting on your lot right now! And guess the only reason why I went to them - impeccable customer service! I am always happy to help a salesman get his commission if I'm treated with respect and not messed around! Not only did he get his commission but a hefty tip and a boost on the dealerships end of month kpi and sales on the last day of the month - good on them! Your salesman at Londonderry Dodge just smacked the nails in the coffin for your dealership. I will not recommend this place and I will redirect anyone know away from you guys full stop. Nothing but run around I purchased my first car at this dealership. It was a 2011 Chevy Cruze and I have regretted it everyday since. It has been in the shop 6 times I the last 2 months. Everything has gone wrong with it and the dealership I brought it to said they've only seen this amount of problems on a vehicle that had been sold at a private sale and had been previously written off. When I purchased the car they never pointed off the cracks in the front fender and it took 4 of them to figure out it didn't have a block heater. Every time I call I'm passed from person to person and the manager is always unavailable. Meanwhile I'm listening to staticky Christmas music in June while on hold and my frustration has only built. Has this vehicle been in an accident? If so they concealed that fact and I will sue. So if you're looking for as much run around and to buy a lemon I'd recommend a gym and grocery store instead. More
