BROKEN PROMISES I was recommended by a friend so I traded my 2013 for a 2015 sport love the truck my friend who referred me there was suppose to get 500 for refer I was recommended by a friend so I traded my 2013 for a 2015 sport love the truck my friend who referred me there was suppose to get 500 for referring me. He is still waiting went in numerous times to inquire about it they said they sent it to him but was shocked when my sales man said it was only 250 not sure why I was lied to and still he has no received this little bonus. It has almost been 8 months since I drove off the lot pretty sad. I had a bad experience with Capitol jeep in the past so I went here should of went back to Capitol Jeep. But the new truck manager did step up and install a back flip for me. I never have received any communication from this dealership since I had backflip installed. All my sales man wanted was a sale in the future I will not ever roll on that lot again I don't get my services don't there either why be a loyal customer when they don't seem to care. My friend who was suppose to receive the referral bonus really needed it so instead of putting a option on my truck I wanted to help out my friend for the referral bonus. As he could of used it then for his child. Hate being just another number. So I manned up and gave him the 500 myself and told him they sent it to me instead. I feel if you say and promise something stick to your words....Thanks from one disappointed customer More

Latest purchase has gone south as dealership has not lived up to signed deal on promised cash back on wheels I purchased.They added cost of wheels to my loan with promise of paying me with cheque for these wheels.This is now one month since deal was signed and I have made many attempts to rectify this issue with calls & texts to both salesmen & finance officer. They now will not even get back to me on this issue! Avoid this dealership as I will now have to take legal action to recoup my loss! More
went to find a caravan 2010 $13500. with only 22000 ks saw the add on line caller they said yes and would call me when it reached there lot. my dodge truck had a piled up brake and was at crosstown dodge f saw the add on line caller they said yes and would call me when it reached there lot. my dodge truck had a piled up brake and was at crosstown dodge for repair londonerry sales guy justin called me said do not fix it we will get it brought over here they did .nothing said about a 75. dollar a day for parking it on their lot.truns out the van has 122000 ks on it not 22000 ks so trucks there so deal on a 2013 van wait four or five days to hear if financing went through still no mention that it was costing me 75. dollars per day. financing came back at 15% payments of 588. a month im 65 years old low income now said no i will fix my trck and keep it called londonerry service woman said it cost 140. for them to lokk at it and tell me what was wrong well to much just to look at it .so said i would send a truck fot it still no mention of a 75. dollars a day charge to sit on there lot went to crosstown best service ever the put me in a 2014 caravan for same price as londonderry had on 2013 payments 400. rate 4.9 % with only 17000 kg on it .now i get londonderry chargeing over 1000. dollars for a storage fee Well the night mare continues this chad had my trade in the truck moved over to a bingo lot and left abandoned there with out informing me or crosstown it sat open with 1500. dollars of my tools in the back of it till a employee at the bingo hall called the police and had it picked up Well it has been Crosstown's since dec28 2015 here it is feb 2016 and I get a ticket in mail for 50. dollars Crosstown went and got it out and lucky for me my tools was still in it but Im 65 years old bought many cars trucks over the years never had this experience till I got mixed up with Londonderry Chrysler . a friend called there general manager the guy was just not interested . Very Very Pushy!! Something is very wrong when you call to get information and a quoted price on ordering a vehicle and all you get is" You must order your vehicle toda Something is very wrong when you call to get information and a quoted price on ordering a vehicle and all you get is" You must order your vehicle today or you will not get the car you want" "Would you like to make your Deposit with credit or debit" "We can have your order processed by end of day" All of this was said before I even got a price quote on the car. Pretty sure I wont buy a car until I know the price. The 5 phone calls and 6 emails in less than 12 hours, trying to get a deposit, was kind of cool as well. Not to mention the price that I was finally quoted is $4000 more than 3 other dealer quotes. all in all kind of a fail. More
Nice to find a dealership that's doing things right. I found Londonderry to be a very switched on dealership. Right from the time I expressed interest in a vehicle I saw online, they were on the case, p I found Londonderry to be a very switched on dealership. Right from the time I expressed interest in a vehicle I saw online, they were on the case, proactive and friendly. They were very good in working around me to set up an appointment and test drive. The buying experience was pleasant, and although the process was long, I was taken well care of and made to feel comfortable. Both the salesperson and finance person went the extra mile to make things work as much in my favour as possible. The little extra things helped also. Like paperwork grouped together, stapled and labelled- what should stay in the car and what should go away in the house. Also being taken and shown the Service department and where to go there. It's all good to offer a tank of gas and a clean, but it's the real friendliness, guideance and great customer service that counts. The guys that looked after me were Nick Auger in Sales and Matt Stevenson in finance. Good job guys and thanks. Andy C More
Dealership changed their mind after handshake agreement So if you put down a deposit on a vehicle & agree to pick it up the next day - that means nothing to this dealership. They'll just sell it to someone underneath you, and not agree to do the same deal on another vehicle. I have NEVER dealt with such an irresponsible, untrustworthy and unprofessional group of people in a business transaction before - and I wouldn't trust these guys to be accountable or responsible for anything, let alone purchasing a vehicle. Such horrible service, no conflict resolution - just awful. In the last month, we've purchased a new truck elsewhere, and are looking for an additional vehicle. We are frequent vehicle buyers - as the pretty woman statement goes... "Big Mistake....Huge" More

He is still waiting for the check and now has been cut down to 200. Too add when I was driving new truck a payment was taken out on truck that I traded in( still not resolved) Then found out by my finance company the old load was still open. Once again another trip to dealer to get this done. So here is the positive the truck manager did throw in a Back Flip looks amazing. For spending so much I expected to be treated not like a sheep. Time for her first service today not sure if she wants to roll in there or not. More
