Had an amazing experience with londonderry Dodge. Not only did they have a fairly priced Jeep I was looking for but also the rate wasn't nearly as absurd as the other 2 stores I visited. I was dealing on a vehicle, placed a deposit on it, and then had it sold from underneath me without consent or permission. I asked dealerships for a drive it off the lot price for a new Grand Caravan Premium Plus during the height of the Pandmeic. A Contactless transaction needed. This was the only Chrysler dealership that wo a new Grand Caravan Premium Plus during the height of the Pandmeic. A Contactless transaction needed. This was the only Chrysler dealership that would email me a detailed line by line costing. All others wanted me to come in. Lots of Inventory on hand online with great info on each unit. Best price was at Londonderry. Took the LRT to the dealership with the payment and drove it away. Sorry I did not post this review earlier. More

The discrimination I endured due to Ray SINCLAIR was horrific. I purchased one truck and the cam shaft over heated so I had it towed back to Londonderry Dodge. I did not feel safe in that truck. So I was shown another truck which I signed papers to purchase but Londonderry Dodge had not done an inspection and determined the truck was not road worth. So I went into speak with the General Sales Manager, Ray Sinclair who sat me down and told me that he makes all the decisions!!! And he had decided I had to forget the 2nd truck I had bought and forget that it had ever happened despite having signed papers and the first truck was mine and that was his final decision!!! His demeaner was excessively intimidating. As a woman he took full advantage of me and discriminated against me because I am a woman! If you're a woman do NOT ever go to Londonderry Dodge to deal with Ray SINCLAIR! More
I bought a 22 Compass Trailhawk Elite March 28, 2022 and have had several issues with it since. I brought it into Londonderry twice to try and get these 6 issues fixed. The first time it was left with have had several issues with it since. I brought it into Londonderry twice to try and get these 6 issues fixed. The first time it was left with them for 2 days, on the second day they called me and said it was done. I went to pick it up and asked what all they did and was told Nothing, that they couldn't find anything wrong. I spoke to the General Manager Mitch Buban and he spoke to Camille St. Laurent (Service Manager) and told me to make an appointment and that Camille St. Laurent would take care of the issues. The second time I brought it in Camille St. Laurent went on a test drive with me. On that test drive when we first started the stereo wouldn't play, after a few minutes it started playing and Camille St. Laurent asked me if I changed the station and I told him no that this was one of the 6 issues I have. Then we drove past a stationary photo radar and the notification (for photo radar) did not alert me that there was photo radar, I pointed that out to Camille St. Laurent, I then pressed the Nav button and drove past that photo radar again and this time the photo radar alert notified me. Camille St. Laurent said to leave this P. O. S. with them and they would look into it and fix it. The next day they called and said it was ready, when I got there once again Nothing was fixed and I was told that they contacted their Support desk and were waiting for instructions on how to fix it. Flash forward a month and I still have not heard from Londonderry so I called FCA and was told that I just had to wait for a software update for the Photo Radar Notification to be fixed and that they told Londonderry that. When I asked about the other issues I was told I would have to deal with the dealer. I called Camille St. Laurent and left him a voice mail, he returned my call the next day and told me that they can only fix issues they can find. Even though he personally saw 2 of the 6 issues but yet didn't fix them. I filed a complaint with BBB about FCA. FCA called me today Aug. 8, 2022 and told me that they spoke to Londonderry about these issues and Londonderry said they couldn't reproduce any of the issues and that they can't fix anything until they can reproduce the issues. Well what about the 2 that Camille St. Laurent saw first hand? So Londonderry lied to FCA. The issues I have with this P. O. S. are. 1. Adaptive Cruise will some times apply the emergency braking with nothing in front of me if a car next to me slows down or stops. 2. Some days the display won't come on at all. 3. Most times the stereo won't play for the first 10 minutes. 4. The fobs don't always work, some times it takes a few tries before the door will unlock. 5. Some times when I try to open the rear hatch with the fob or button on the hatch or using my foot the hatch will pop but not raise, I have to press the button again or use my foot again or use the fob again or lift it manually. 6. The photo radar notification doesn't work 3/4 of the time, I have to press the nav button and wait, then it will work for a day. With the way things are right now my only option to get these issues fixed is to file a lawsuit to force Jeep to buy this P. O. S. back and buy something else, you can be guaranteed it will NOT be a FCA vehicle. This is the second 2022 Jeep Compass I bought, the first one was December 31, 2022 and it had all these same issues and mechanical issues. That one when back because the dealer I bought it from sold me the wrong one. More
