KIA has always provided excellent communication regarding service and suggested maintenance during warranty period. I took the car in because it was not shutting off every time the button was pushed unfortunately the service people were not able to replicate this situation .I was told to monitor the situation and if it time the button was pushed unfortunately the service people were not able to replicate this situation .I was told to monitor the situation and if it happens again to keep track of when and let them know at the dealership which I will do. Don't seem to care about the customer and their needs. Vehicle broke and they are unable to look at it for over 3 weeks and then was told needed a new engine 15000.00 plus 3000.00 for the cold air inta Vehicle broke and they are unable to look at it for over 3 weeks and then was told needed a new engine 15000.00 plus 3000.00 for the cold air intake. Found kia crate motor for 7000.00 and intake for 300.00. Will never buy Kia again. More
