Frustrating. One time I went for an oil change and in the bill of useless crap they recommend I get done they included “transmission fluid change” did some resear One time I went for an oil change and in the bill of useless crap they recommend I get done they included “transmission fluid change” did some research and figured it’d be a good idea given the amount of kms. I book an appt and arrive at the dealership for their first appt of the day and then proceed to wait around for an hour and a half before they tell me my transmission (CVT) does not need it. All they gave me was a car wash and they must’ve used an oily rag bc I couldn’t see a thing out of my windshield when it started to rain. More

We went to look for a car, Alexander was our sales person. Is honestly the worst experience that I ever had with a sales person, he didn’t tell us anything about the car, he just open the car and stan person. When we ask some questions he said “I don’t know” and didn’t even try to find out. He wanted to talk about prices right away and we knew nothing about the car because he said literally nothing. We walk in to Kia fully convinced in getting our car from there, and left with nothing and we are definitely not coming back to that dealership. Please put professional sales person to sell cars or at leas someone interested in selling. More
