Glen Therrien was professional and was able to answer about a service item that was listed in my email that I was confused about. I received a call from Glen when the service on my KIA Soul was finished. about a service item that was listed in my email that I was confused about. I received a call from Glen when the service on my KIA Soul was finished. He summarized the completed service. He offered me an Uber to bring me back to the dealership. I went to the desk when I arrived and a person who turned out to be the Service Manager greeted me. He said his name quickly and shook my hand, He handed me the receipt of the work done. I asked about the engine recall test results. He went into an lengthy explanation of what is done. I had to ask again if the results were okay. He did then answer. I asked him about the alignment. He handed me the after alignment results. He couldn't answer which tire had to be realigned. He couldn't answer. He only said he had to go and make a copy of the receipt to give to me. Glen then came to the desk, so I asked him. He asked the Service Manager for the sheet of the actual alignment test. It wasn't there. Glen went to find it. He returned and said that an adjustment to the alignment didn't have to be done as everything was okay. He reimbursed me the charge that he mistakenly added to my bill, which was great. Glen is knowledgeable and honest. I feel comfortable dealing with him. More
