I have been a customer of this dealership for 10 years and have always had my service and repairs at this location. The staff and service are fantastic--friendly, accommodating, and they listen!!! What a joke the guy at service front desk is, ( unfortunatly I do not have his name but has a long beard) he doesn't care about your car issues, he is just warming up the seat, getting pay and bye unfortunatly I do not have his name but has a long beard) he doesn't care about your car issues, he is just warming up the seat, getting pay and bye bye! Worst dealership ever I experienced. I would never buy Kia again. Multiple times visit required for even simple repair. Many times got vehicle without any action even one month prior r I would never buy Kia again. Multiple times visit required for even simple repair. Many times got vehicle without any action even one month prior reservation. Wasting customer's time frequently. No respect at all for the customer's time. No choice to opt out kia care when purchase the vehicle. One of kia care benefit is 1time free engine oil change for electric vehicle. Hilarious. Dealership ruined engineer's effort,endeavor and great product by their horrible service mind and attitude. More
Terrible customer service,. Can never get through to the service dept on the phone.. My appointment was for 8am, at 8:30am my car was still sitting on the parking lot while othe Can never get through to the service dept on the phone.. My appointment was for 8am, at 8:30am my car was still sitting on the parking lot while others that came in after me where pulled into the service bays. They want to charge $158 to diagnose the car to determine if it’s covered under warranty. I have never been charged from other dealers while car was under warranty. Very disappointing, I always praised my Kia, unfortunately I do not feel I can do that anymore. Tried to talk to service manager, but he was to busy. More
