I, Manoj Gopinadha Menon, purchased two cars from the Kia dealership on Wharncliffe Rd S, London, Ontario, and my experience has been extremely disappointing, particularly with the service for my second vehi dealership on Wharncliffe Rd S, London, Ontario, and my experience has been extremely disappointing, particularly with the service for my second vehicle, a used Toyota Camry. The car had an AC issue from the start, which I reported during last winter. The dealership assured me it would be resolved, but despite visiting four times over six months, the issue persists. The sales manager, Mike, has been uncooperative, ignoring my calls and being unavailable during my visits. Initially, Sam, the previous sales manager, handled my purchase, but Mike’s lack of responsiveness has made this process frustrating. I was repeatedly told the necessary spare part would arrive soon, yet six months later, nothing has been done. This poor service has left me deeply dissatisfied with Kia.
