Come to this dealership if you want to wait over 2. 5 hours for a simple tire swap! Arrived at 12:50, they didn’t ask for my wheel lock until about 2:05pm, meaning I had just been sitting there for ov 5 hours for a simple tire swap! Arrived at 12:50, they didn’t ask for my wheel lock until about 2:05pm, meaning I had just been sitting there for over an hour while no work was being done on my vehicle. Instead of just approaching me in the lobby while I was waiting, they sent me a text message to ask about additional services that needed to be performed on my vehicle costing $1,300+. I also had to find someone to ask how much longer as I had already been there for 2+ hours. When the car was returned to me my seat wasn’t returned to its usual spot, which they used to do. The service has really decreased here over the years, and I’ve been a client at this specific dealership since November 2019. Disappointing! More
Service lacking! Warranty/recall work done - not working. Called at 11 am on Thursday to advise that heated seat was not working. It is now end of business day Saturday and I still have not heard back from anyone to let me know what will be done about the recall/warranty work. More
