This visit has been the worst experience to date. Went on for an appointment at 12:45 arrived at 12:30. Could see the pile of other work orders pending. I asked so should it be done by 3-3:30 the reply was yeah it should be. 4:00 rolls around no call, no text or email. Called the dealership for 10 minutes to get a hold of the service manager Juan. He heard me out and explained that they were busy, I understood that but why have appointments if you can keep them, I had waited for an update all afternoon. He said my car just went in, should be done by 5. No apathy what so ever, not even a sorry we're busy. I get dealerships can get busy but 3.25 hours late for a tire change is horrible service, it's not like they're cheap either. I finally got a text that my car was ready shortly after 5. Left message with GM to get a hold of me, no call to date to discuss this. More
