We went to look for a car, Alexander was our sales person. Is honestly the worst experience that I ever had with a sales person, he didn’t tell us anything about the car, he just open the car and stan person. When we ask some questions he said “I don’t know” and didn’t even try to find out. He wanted to talk about prices right away and we knew nothing about the car because he said literally nothing. We walk in to Kia fully convinced in getting our car from there, and left with nothing and we are definitely not coming back to that dealership. Please put professional sales person to sell cars or at leas someone interested in selling. More
