Too many people want something for nothing. Shocked out the amount of complaints out here....I've been servicing my Kia Soul here for four years and have been treated with nothing but respect. Prices are a bit higher than you could find elsewhere, I'm sure, but the extra pays off in my opinion. Never had a single issue with my car since I've had it (12km new) and never had a single issue with the staff here. When I bring my car in, I am greeted by name with a smile and everything is explained to me fully. They always bring to my attention additional items that may need attention but I am never pushed into doing anything. This was especially appreciated during the 18 months I was out of work and just scraping by. Glenn is such a good guy - one of the best. Free wifi & coffee if you want to wait or take the shuttle with the wonderful older man (whose name escapes me) and get to/from work or home while your car is being fixed. Hope to not be in the market for a new car for another 5-8 years but when I do need a new one, I will be buying from Wharncliffe London Kia! More

June 2014 by financing from this London KIA dealer at 764 Wharncliffe Rd S, London, ON N6J 2N4, Tel: (519) 433-3126 It is posted 0% finance for 84 months, dealer promised there are no any hidden fees. At last moment they force CAD$ 6 on my bi-weekly payment which means (6x182=CAD$ 1,092.00). I accept and it is my fault I should not accept that. However, drove car found speedometer had 4 km/hr difference from real speed. Went to this dealer on August 5th, 2014 regarding the speedometer problem. They tried to throw me to KIA Canada!!! They said that by Canadian traffic law the speed allowance is 7 km/hr deviation?? They apply traffic law on Brand new car manufacturing?? They just try to push away from the terms of the contract of purchasing a 100% defect free brand new car. Wrote to KIA Canada letter by mail (they do not allow their web site to handle Customers reviews and cheating people by contact us by on-line email, and nobody care as well. 2 Cars in and nothing but positive experiences I'm on my second Kia now and both buying experiences have been enjoyable. I've found the sales staff to be friendly, approachable and fun while still I'm on my second Kia now and both buying experiences have been enjoyable. I've found the sales staff to be friendly, approachable and fun while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. People are less inclined to write about their positive experiences and all to eager to tell everyone how they feel they have been wronged. These people will perpetually leave negative comments all over the internet because it's easy. That trend needs to change! If you've had a great experience like I have over at London Kia, or anywhere for that matter, take the time to tell them. There is way too much negativity in the world. I've always felt very comfortable at London Kia and I'm sure you will as well. Go see for yourself! More

I shopped six different Kia dealerships before buying my Forte and this on I am very picky and kind of a pain to deal with when making big purchases. I shopped six different Kia dealerships before buying my Forte and this one completely stood out from all the others. They showed me things on the car that I have never even seen or heard of before and were really knowledgeable with the cars. At time of pricing I was making sure that I was getting a good deal (being a pain) and the manager (Steve) took me into his office and went over the price step by step until I understood everything to my satisfaction. I really recommend this Kia store and would return in a second. More

I tried to cancel the deal since they had not given me the car and was told too bad and that the "subject to viewing" claws I put in was useless. Do not buy here. More
Bought my used Forte from Camilo and the manager Steve, both were super helpful and made it very easy for me since i havent bought many cars. I was always told when someone does something above and beyond for you, you should return the favor. I visited London Kia with my son and dealt with Scott Baer. He was very understanding to my situation and listened to my needs and delivered beyond my expectations. I want to share that I haven't received customer service like this in a very long time. Scott took into consideration my budget, vehicle needs, and instead of just selling me the vehicle I had my eye on he proposed another option that was less expensive which gave me exactly what i was looking for in a vehicle. The Sales Manager Dave Robbins took time out of his day to come out a greet me on my first visit and thank me for visiting the dealership and also came out to thank me for my business. You guys at London Kia made me feel like I made the right decision and couldnt be happier with my new car. Dawn More
I went in to this dealership knowing what used vehicle I was interested in. I was told a price for a vehicle that had been checked with a manager. When I went in a second time, the first person I dealt wi was interested in. I was told a price for a vehicle that had been checked with a manager. When I went in a second time, the first person I dealt with was not there but now I was told that my price was "impossible". I was told "at that price we would be losing money", which was not possible as the vehicle was priced above any other similar vehicle posted on autotrader.ca. The particular man that I dealt with became very aggressive and tried to push a price on me or to "get out of the office". On talking with another perspective buyer, she admitted that she had been fed the very same lines... she was given a price that was "impossible" and that the dealership would lose money at that price. What a coincidence. Not only was I disgusted by the was I was treated, but the entire experience made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If you would like to purchase a Kia you would be much better off to do it outside of London. Honest dealers do exist, just not here. More
I bought a 2010 Kia sportage here. They were dishonest in the sale, tried to slip in extra charges totalling $2000 including an extra safety check and clean. Then they only told us after we bought the car th the sale, tried to slip in extra charges totalling $2000 including an extra safety check and clean. Then they only told us after we bought the car that there was only 1 set of keys for the car. They refused to provide another then promised to order a second set at cost. Many phone calls and 6 months later still no keys. Would never go to this dealership again, car is fine though. More
