Amazing Customer Service!!! I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento from the London Wharncliffe location and was amazed at the awesome staff there!! In January my husband and I I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento from the London Wharncliffe location and was amazed at the awesome staff there!! In January my husband and I met with Evan and test drove a sorento. We loved the vehicle but decided to wait a little longer before we purchased it. We went back in during march and Evan was great!! He took all of our "wants" and customized our kia to meet all our needs while allowing us to negotiate so that we got a great deal! We also met with Chris after our purchase and he was very happy to answer all our extra questions. The process was very easy, the staff friendly and helpful and the sorento is awesome!! More
Outstanding Customer Service! My husband and I have been searching for a new vehicle since early December. Prior to visiting Kia we had been to just about every other dealership in My husband and I have been searching for a new vehicle since early December. Prior to visiting Kia we had been to just about every other dealership in London (multiple times) and really had no luck. We decided to pop into Kia one night after work (not expecting to purchase a vehicle), but we left as new Kia Sorrento owners! We could not be more pleased with the overall experience. From the minute we walked into the showroom we were greeted by Moe, he was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to ensure we were very satisfied customers. Throughout our time there we were also greeted by all the salesmen, with majority of them asking if we wanted anything to drink. Moe was able to answer all of our questions, and never once did we feel rushed or pressured into making our decision. The manager Danny King, also came out to meet us and congratulate us on our new purchase, which was unexpected but appreciative as he came to ensure that we were happy with everything. Two days later we picked up our new SUV, it was sparkling clean with tinted windows. We commend the whole Kia team on Wharncliffe, but especially Moe and Danny for going above and beyond for us, we are truly grateful customers! More

Time Warp Frustration! We have 2 Kia's. An '05 Amanti and a '08 Sedona. First of all the gas mileage hailed by all of the advertisement is not even close to the mileage you We have 2 Kia's. An '05 Amanti and a '08 Sedona. First of all the gas mileage hailed by all of the advertisement is not even close to the mileage you actually get.....at least 25% worse on a good day. This service department runs on a clock that is very slow. On average a 45 min wait ends up being at least an hour and a half. I am waiting for the Sedona right now and nearing the 2 hour mark of a 45 min appointment. This is not uncommon. I went to check on my vans progress and it was sitting in the shop with no one around and no service reps available to answer questions for at least half an hour from when I first looked. Who knows how long it had been sitting there? The rep did finally show up and my service will be free but what an inconvenience and waste of time. A shuttle is available but the time quote didn't make it worthy of the trip home. Quality of parts is poor! The dealership claims a 4.6/5 rating but dealership ratings only gives it a 2.8/5. You be the judge. No more Kia for Me! More

At the scene, I specifically asked the advisor whether I need to change my battery a My auto battery died after two weeks of finishing the oil change. At the scene, I specifically asked the advisor whether I need to change my battery and he said no. After my battery died, another advisor told me the oil change inspection does not include battery inspection unless I asked for an AVR. So the previous advisor was lying and I paid more than $700 for all the additional services he recommended while the additional maintenance is way cheaper at other local technicians. Avoid!!! More

We ended up going with a new vehicle 2016 Rondo which we love. Jocelyn in the business office was amazing! The process was quick! Blake did our delivery and was awesome! The whole staff is super friendly and kind also very knowledgeable. Was acknowledged by all staff tht we encountered which was a great feeling. More
Thorough, Professional and Courteous This was my first time walking into a Kia Dealership so at first I was a little apprehensive based on the brand's past reputation. After 2 test drives This was my first time walking into a Kia Dealership so at first I was a little apprehensive based on the brand's past reputation. After 2 test drives (1 Sportage, 1 Sorento) its clear the brand has come a long way. The sales staff here was quite helpful. They're a young team that seem to have a very good culture. One of them pulled up a vehicle for me while I was showing my current vehicle to another. After a couple weeks I returned after my initial visit and went with the 2017 Sportage. Incredible automobile through and through. I highly recommend the product and the sales staff. Evan was especially helpful. He's a fellow Chargers fan!!! More
