I’ve been dealing with this Kia center for about 18 years, more specifically with Glen as our service advisor. He has always been very knowledgeable, attentive to my vehicle service needs, and also fri years, more specifically with Glen as our service advisor. I have been a customer for 12 years and this experience has been unbelievably disappointing. Their engine blew (factory defect) and they did the bare minimum to make it right. I had a tow bill and a rental has been unbelievably disappointing. Their engine blew (factory defect) and they did the bare minimum to make it right. I had a tow bill and a rental bill with no refund. They had my car for almost 3 months. When I finally got a loner car I was told I could not have my dogs in it. This dramatically changed my summer. I had to cancel a vacation not to mention my daily hikes I do with my dogs. Once it was fixed I was told that the brakes and callipers needed to be replaced. When I declined, they gave me a 2 hour window to return the loaner. When I picked up my car, it was out in the lot and I had to walk in the pouring rain to get it. When I got in, the windshield was cracked. More
