I have been a customer for 12 years and this experience has been unbelievably disappointing. Their engine blew (factory defect) and they did the bare minimum to make it right. I had a tow bill and a rental has been unbelievably disappointing. Their engine blew (factory defect) and they did the bare minimum to make it right. I had a tow bill and a rental bill with no refund. They had my car for almost 3 months. When I finally got a loner car I was told I could not have my dogs in it. This dramatically changed my summer. I had to cancel a vacation not to mention my daily hikes I do with my dogs. Once it was fixed I was told that the brakes and callipers needed to be replaced. When I declined, they gave me a 2 hour window to return the loaner. When I picked up my car, it was out in the lot and I had to walk in the pouring rain to get it. When I got in, the windshield was cracked. More
