Don't seem to care about the customer and their needs. Vehicle broke and they are unable to look at it for over 3 weeks and then was told needed a new engine 15000.00 plus 3000.00 for the cold air inta Vehicle broke and they are unable to look at it for over 3 weeks and then was told needed a new engine 15000.00 plus 3000.00 for the cold air intake. We bought our KIA Carnival from this dealer and feeling glad to share that everyone including sales presentative Mike Joshi, finance manager Jocelyn Holder and the receptionist were sparing more than extra glad to share that everyone including sales presentative Mike Joshi, finance manager Jocelyn Holder and the receptionist were sparing more than extra time to answer all our questions. Mike showed all features while booking, test ride, intermediate showing to other family members and at final day of delivery as we received 2025 model instead of 2024. It was about 20 months wait but worth it.. Great team and great service. More
